Maikhao Dream Villa Resort and Spa, Centara Boutique Collection - SHA Extra Plus

First of all, we are very grateful to the management for allowing us to extend the validity of the stay (due to some unfortunate reason) in order for us to enjoy this luxury stay. We greatly appreciate it.

Maikhao Dream is very near to airport, it's only 15-20min. As our flight was late, We arrived at the villa pretty late, around 9pm, but we were still greeted by their friendly and helpful receptionist. Our return flight was early. We still have time to have our breakfast at 6.30am.

The villa is a little old but facilities are still in good condition. We booked a 2 bedroom villa but were give a 3 bedroom villa with humongous bedrooms, living room and toilets, for my family of 5 with the 3rd room locked. They were generous with complimentary drinking water too. There is a deep pool with abt 1.7m and 1.2m deep pool at the 2nd storey. My boys enjoyed the facilities a lot. Pool and jacuzzi are just in front of the master room so can easily watch my kids playing.

The resort is in front of Maikhao beach, it's quiet and very private. But no water sports. Morning waves is quite big. It has a nice view of sunset.

Breakfast was pretty decent. We had 3 days of breakfast there and the staples were always different, the rest were pretty much the same. Overall, no complaints. In front of the breakfast dining hall, there's a main pool too. Parents can enjoy their breakfast while the kids are playing at the pool.

The only cons is the location. Cos it is pretty secluded but safe. We bought packages of attractions there hence, we always asked for transport back before buying so we didn't have to worry about the transport back to villa. Alternatively, self drive is another option. At least the traffic isn't as bad as in Bangkok.

We had a great 3 night stay. The breakfast was the best we had in our 3 week stay in Thailand. Could do with a little maintenance but overall it was great

A great destination to fulfil my villa dream!

Good location - It is very close to the Phuket international airport, a 15 min ride by Grab. Right outside a few steps away is the mai khao beach, extremely beautiful and pristine. Very few people, quiet, yet tranquil waves.
A short tuk tuk ride away there is also Big C and 711 convenient stores, for your midnight snack cravings and-more!

In the villa, it is nicely decorated and kept quite clean by the staff. Quite spacious with 3 big bedrooms all amounting similar size. I love the space, high ceilings, almost feels like royalty. There is cutlery, utensils, stove, kitchen for you to cook. The staff help clean.

In the common areas, there is gym which is relatively well equipped for a full weight workout, and a large swimming pool beyond your private pools in the villa. There is also a pool table for fun.

Overall I would recommend this villa to any group of friends and families. Enjoyed our stay here and feel safe by the warm welcomes of the staff and seclusion of the villa.

The staff, facilities, and location are all 5-star. The location is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet destination as it’s not as busy as other areas. The beach is steps away and provides the perfect sunset and sunrise views. The most unique feature is that the staff takes the time to remember who you are and go above and beyond in assisting you. The spa is definitely worth a visit! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend!

Location is a perfect balance of quietness, privacy and convenience. 1 min walk to the private beach which is absolutely beautiful. Lots of good food and massage options within walking distance too. Super spacious villas that are slightly rundown but nothing that I personally mind. Biggest highlight is the bed which is probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! Overall great value for money especially for families and those whose priority is spending time on the beach (and not enjoying luxurious rooms/services.)

It’s very nice place that you can enjoy sunset beach in your pool villa. In the villa is so luxury, so can full fill your couple and family. Hotel’s staffs are full of service mind. I’m recommend.

Outstanding service orientated, huge Villas with fully equipped kitchen and perfectly located at the beachfront. Strongly recommended place for families.

Very good for family stay. Quiet and private location which is also connecting to the beach. A beautiful Thai mixture luxury style concept of structure. It’s even a good location to do private event such as wedding ceremony and honeymoon. #overseasweddingphuket

Restaurant food are delicious and i love the birthday cake from them , me and my family had a great time
