Overall a very pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and tries their best to assist. However there are a few new staff who may not be trained properly. It took a while to check us in and when done, we were assigned a wrong room. So we had to change the room shortly after we arrived.

The JW is in an amazing location! The breakfast is absolutely fantastic, and the staff couldn't be friendlier—truly a welcoming atmosphere! However, the furniture feels a bit dated. We even had a quirky rollaway bed in our room, adding a touch of randomness to our stay!

This is about the 4th or 5th time for us at the hotel over the years. The hotel has stayed the same but thanks to good maintenance there is not much wear and tear. The hotel ls beautiful with a lot of facilities and activities for all adults and children. It is a family-friendly hotel. The room is spacious and clean. Had an amazing stay at Avani+ Mai Khao! The 2-bedroom apartment felt like a stylish home—with a modern kitchen, beautiful balcony views, and the best part: a huge relaxing bath. Awesome hotel, very big, this time I stayed in a 2 bedroom 1 living room, very spacious, the restaurant in the hotel is great. The room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, the children swam twice a day without any worries, they returned to the room and immediately washed and dried their swimsuits and continued swimming in the afternoon.

The service was excellent and the Spring Festival arrangements were very orderly. There were also many activities to play. The beach was very clean and well protected. There were also some food stalls next to it, but they were cleaned up! The soft shell crabs at Ginjia were delicious, and the buffet was very rich every day. Very satisfied!

The room is super big, more than 100 square meters, with a kitchen, balcony and washing machine, directly sharing JW's facilities. All restaurants are also very delicious, with all kinds of flavors.

Price was 9000 baht month for long term, based on 2 months paid upfront and 2 months security deposit. Which was the best Value available in that area that I could find. Great location surrounded by 5 Star resorts on both side. Prices seemed a little bit expensive for basic rustic looking accomodation, with the option to hire a tent. Small bar and place to eat at normal rates for the area. Parking area little bit messy. But the beach front access with beautiful landscapes is the main reason why you would stay here.

Great spot. Cold drinks right on the beach. Have several small bamboo bungalows and two larger concrete ones. Very laid back place. She sunsets are beautiful here, enjoyed with a cold drink. Many of the nearby resorts are much more formal. Mickey Monkey has retained a good laid-back atmosphere. The beaches in this area are uncrowded and clean for the most part.

Does not have warm water in showers for the huts or tents. Toilets don't have a roof. Nice and close to beach. They have a restaurant and bar on site. The huts don't have refrigerators. If you stay here you must eat all of your meals at a restaurant. All in all its a pretty nice place.

Our family stayed in this hotel for one night, friendly staff and close to the airport. mattress were too firm and given the price we paid it's not good value for what you get.
