I liked the general atmosphere in this establishment, very nice and welcoming staff plus relative close proximity to the airport. Nice beach less than a minute walk from the hotel, although the beach was littered with trash which came with the waves from the ocean which sad because the area is very nice otherwise. Nice place to stay. Nice and simple breakfast options, everything was to my liking. Staff were very nice and helpful. Location was quite quiet - which removes a bit from the location stars on my books but some might prefer it. If I wanted to go and grab food out it required travelling a bit. But the beach was on the back doorstep.

New hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfasts. Perfect for those who rent a car and move on their own. The hotel is more suitable for business trips and mainly to spend the night. There is free transport to the beach. It is far away on foot, there is no infrastructure, but it is very quiet and deserted, a great option to take a break from the hustle and bustle.

The resort is really quiet, but this is exactly what we were looking for. The villa was very private with our own pool and close to the beach. The restaurant offers variety of food options and the service is excellent. We have booked some activities directly through the resort app and the service was very good.

We had a great time staying in Sala Phuket. From pick up in airport till the end our stay, the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The resort pool and beach was great and peaceful . The hotel has 3 large swimming pools, perfect for all ages, group of friends and families. Some hotel rooms need maintenance attention especially the noise of the A/C. Lovely place for a family vacation. Long beach stretch. Suggest renting a car if you don't want to be eating exclusively at the resorts. Mai Khao Beach is a bit far from anywhere else, so don't stay here if you want to spend a lot of time in Phuket town or Patong beach area.
