Overall a very pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and tries their best to assist. However there are a few new staff who may not be trained properly. It took a while to check us in and when done, we were assigned a wrong room. So we had to change the room shortly after we arrived.

The JW is in an amazing location! The breakfast is absolutely fantastic, and the staff couldn't be friendlier—truly a welcoming atmosphere! However, the furniture feels a bit dated. We even had a quirky rollaway bed in our room, adding a touch of randomness to our stay!

Awesome hotel, very big, this time I stayed in a 2 bedroom 1 living room, very spacious, the restaurant in the hotel is great. The room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, the children swam twice a day without any worries, they returned to the room and immediately washed and dried their swimsuits and continued swimming in the afternoon.

The service was excellent and the Spring Festival arrangements were very orderly. There were also many activities to play. The beach was very clean and well protected. There were also some food stalls next to it, but they were cleaned up! The soft shell crabs at Ginjia were delicious, and the buffet was very rich every day. Very satisfied!

New hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfasts. Perfect for those who rent a car and move on their own. The hotel is more suitable for business trips and mainly to spend the night. There is free transport to the beach. It is far away on foot, there is no infrastructure, but it is very quiet and deserted, a great option to take a break from the hustle and bustle.

I'm happy there is such place where you can check in at any time throughout the day as with flights etc you cannot determine the time you land. Great location within walking distance to everywhere with a hint of luxury. Staff was very good but be careful to double check airport transport reservations as things get misplaced. This is common throughout Asia even at 5 star hotels so rating did not change.

Played 15th February 2023. Beautiful course fantastic scenery and quite varied holes - could easily play again. Nice and relaxing atmosphere very nice caddies. Rental clubs are terrible. At least 20 years old, the set I got has 4 different brands- junk from Wilson, Calloway, other brands I have no clue. It is a good course to play if you have your own clubs.

This is the 3rd golf course we visited in Phuket. It is located right next to sea, and you will be able to see a beautiful course. However, the greens need to maintained. Overall I enjoyed.
