I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful resort, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The customer service was outstanding; every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The warm and inviting vibes of the resort made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.

The villa I stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The food was another highlight of my stay – every meal was a culinary delight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

Finally, the beach was absolutely breathtaking. The pristine sands and crystal-clear waters provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and adventure alike. Whether lounging by the water or exploring the many activities offered, I found the beach to be a true paradise.

Overall, my experience at this resort was unforgettable, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights and this is a truly beautiful resort with a great luxury feel but at a good value during the summer rainy seasons. I did want to list a few pros and cons that might better inform some future customers when booking this resort.

Pros

-Beautiful room, we stayed in the pool villa
-Great service with very polite staff
-Delicious breakfast included
-Restaurant has very nice entertainment and decent dining options
-Two bigs pools in front of the beach with plenty of seating, also very close to the bar to grab drinks without moving too much
-Located close to a small village with shops and restaurants so you are not restricted to eating at the hotel alone
-Quiet, relaxing, family-friendly vibes

Cons

-The villa bathroom is located outdoors; while this makes for a very cool aesthetic it also makes for an uncomfortable situation when you want to use the bathroom or shower during a rain or lightning storm
-The beach during the summer months (May to October) is 100% un-swimmable due to the rough conditions. We did not know this prior to booking. The closest beach we could swim in was about 1 hr 10 min away and cost 2500 Bhat to drive to and from.
-The hotel spa will over charge you for a massage: there is a tent of local massage vendors right next to the pool that will charge you less than half the price for a quality Thai it foot massage.

Overall it is a beautiful resort, glad we came and I would recommend it to anyone provided they are aware of the cons prior to booking so expectations are set.

Me and my husband stayed here for 5 nights and below is my detailed review of the place:

1) SERVICE: beyond exceptional! Staff are super super nice, i was feeling a bit sick first two days and they were kind enough to bring the breakfast to the room and take me to the pharmacy all free of charge.

2) FOOD: room service and sala restaurant have exceptional food and amazing quality with reasonable prices. Breakfast buffet needs a bit more variety in terms of fruit.

3) ROOM: is spacious and AC is cold and working amazing. However, bathroom and toilet are outdoor which can be bothersome as there are some insects and lizards which is normal for an island weather.. sometimes they come to the room, but staff are always helpful in terms of cleaning.

One of the biggest hotel pools ive seen and completely private which was a bonus for us!

The most beautiful Hotel experience of my life. The rooms were amazing and the Staff was even better!! We did Yoga on the beach and the instructor was super nice. The rest of the staff was also spectacular. Especially Marky was really considerate and incredibly friendly to us.

The resort is really quiet, but this is exactly what we were looking for. The villa was very private with our own pool and close to the beach. The restaurant offers variety of food options and the service is excellent. We have booked some activities directly through the resort app and the service was very good.

We had a great time staying in Sala Phuket. From pick up in airport till the end our stay, the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The resort pool and beach was great and peaceful . We loved to visit resort farm, and the food options in the restaurant was quite large and good quality. Only a few evenings the waiting time for food was a bit too long.

Amazing hotel, hard to pick what we loved the most:
1. Service - not a surprise to have a great service in Thailand, however here we genuinely enjoyed smoothness. Staff seemed genuinely pleased to help us out. Our kid was sick and they were very helpful in arranging clinic appointment. We once got a wrong meal and the lady at the restaurant didn't charge us for next meal as a form of apology, which was very nice as a gesture.

2. Amenities - pools are fantastic. So large and with kids pools and fountains. I don't know any other place where it would be equally pleasant for young kids and honeymooners at the same time. This place is just amazing for everyone to take a good rest. My daughter loved the pool so much. Sunbeds are so comfortable and view is just stunning.

3. They have a little organic farm with goats, ducks, geese and chickens. My toddler still talks about baby goat Olivia. Staff at the farm were such friendly young women. Also I just loved to have fresh eggs from the farm on breakfast.

4. Rooms - very specious and beautiful. Very tranquil too (we were in a room not a villa). I loved that bathroom was on a balcony so the bedroom was dry and fresh.

5. Mosquitoes - saw some comments about mosquitoes. Yes this area of the island gets quite a bit of them but hotel does a great job to manage them. I appreciated that they used natural repellents as some chemical ones are too harsh for humans too. We kept doors closed and mosquitoes were perfectly manageable. Ceiling fans keep them away too. So this was no problem for us.

6. Value for money - we got fantastic experience that was worth every penny we paid.

Beautiful location, fabulous luxury all villa destination. Management is very approachable and sorted initial issues promptly and without fuss going to great lengths to ensure our stay was memorable. Anthony (manager) was hands on and his team particularly Maxi and Annie were so attentive and helpful. Cannot fault the service and team.

Silence, peace, cleanliness, privacy, amazing atmosphere, helpful, polite and helpful staff; A wonderful, fabulous corner. in noisy Thailand.

All liked it. The layout of the rooms is strange - the toilet and shower are on the street and are quite clearly visible from the room. We went with my wife and daughter - it was a little uncomfortable. The furniture, especially on the street (room-villa with a swimming pool), is in need of updating - very tired. The service is excellent, there are no crowds of people anywhere, there are places everywhere - a bar, swimming pools, etc. The beach is clean.
