Location: 15 km from the international airport of Phuket, on the beach of Mai Khao beach.
5-7 consists of five-storey buildings, and thirty-seven 1-storey villas.

Loved the great breakfast spread and quality food! Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. My 4-year old loved the Splash Jungle Water Park which was within the resort. This resort is value for money!

The room is okay..they have a water park but we must pay 150 baht for two days (one person)..they have 2 pools..one is have a viee to the beach..u can see sunset when u swimming..the restaurant isnt good n expansive..i suggest u buy outside of the hotel,is more good..no shuttle bus..

Bad room cleaning and floors. General service, even the staff has constantly smiling, isn't even at middle level. The hotel's food isn't so good for Europeans even, as I know there is working European master chef. Animation group should be with more higher experience for this kind and level (5 stars) hotel. At Christmas 2016 there is only fire show with one girl during 10 min when some times the fire died down. During celebrating 2017 New Year, at the party, only constantly was so loud music when for everybody was not possible to talk each other, and only one small firework. Alcohol and champagne also is so expensive even it is bad quality. After these two celebrations my expression about this hotel stayed so scared. It's not possible to get and full the box with food by oneself (only by someone from the restaurant staff and only full explanation what for) to your room number if somebody from your family is sick. The nature is great, but total expression after visiting the hotel, at less than middle level.

The service staff being great, unfortunately the room was less than satisfactory. We stayed in the deluxe suite where our bed sheets had stains on them and the room looked unfinished with finer details such as the tiling grout being sloppy. The key card slot fell out of the wall cavity, our toilet wouldn't flush and the safe wouldn't work. All these problems seem to point to a rushed construction job with short cuts being taken. The resort is quite far from all the main tourist attractions and communiting on average is around 90 to 120 minutes for a return trip. We may have been unlucky with our room and despite all the problems I might reconsider staying there again but only if there was a significant discount.

Plus points..next door to water park. Very large accommodation with own pool.
Negatives... slow room service. The fridge was not cold. No cold water in the afternoons (can't wash the kids water too hot) all the tv's in the resort lost signal and not fixed before we checked out 2 days later. At £250 per night expected more!

Opinion actually about the water Park on site. Day on 5*, and one was removed because of the lack of available sunbeds-everyone is busy just towels and obviously overpriced!

Vacationing with children 3 and 10 years
Classy hotel, clean the rooms and change towels every day. The food is delicious, water Park, hotel grounds, staff excellent.
Pools smell like in Russia( Although the joys of the holiday didn't notice at first.
Beach - the horror! The sand is very prickly, large grains of sand - very painful to walk. Biting in the sea plankton. After 1 minute in the water covered with a red burning sores. To swim in the sea not possible.

The hotel is not bad, the grounds are huge, Breakfast is delicious, the staff is great! There is a nice children's room, children can be left alone since 4 years in this room under the care of a babysitter. Up to 4 parents sitting nearby. Sea with huge waves ALWAYS malusek very hard to swim in the sea, carried away by the waves. Water Park pay! Check the voucher must be stated that the water Park is included. Near the hotel there are practically no shops in these stores are ALL very expensive. To the city only accessible by taxi (cost from 500 baht one way) and scooter (price per night 450 baht, and only one person. Don't be looking for others they are simply not, therefore, throw not happen) fruits are also not cheap.
