Fantastic location and staff. The rooms are spacious and clean, staff very friendly. We naysayer here with our three dogs and we all enjoyed the place and the atmosphere immensely. The pool is clean and easily accessible, and the location is close to all sorts of restaurants and shops. The beach is only a short drive away and not crowded and beautiful. Highly recommend for those who want to have a mellow and relaxing beach holiday. Will certainly be going back.

Two bedroom apartment was not in the perfect condition, though the overall feeling and impression of this accommodation is - cosy, very good location, pool, it’s good

A very nice hotel.
The location is good with nearby services, sights and some really nice beaches; Nai Harn especially is a lovely beach.
The pool seemed really nice, though I did not try it. There is also a free jacuzzi and a sauna for a small cost.
The whole staff at the hotel was very pleasant and helpful! Thanks especially to Nipa for all her help!
Some fruits supplied in the beginning. Water replenished with maid service (every other day), if you don't have much of your own water in the fridge.
No breakfast. But there are nice restaurants nearby

Very clean. Quiet. Close to town.host very good. Easy to communicate with. House staff are great.

The staff is great, it is peaceful and quiet, unlike the seething mass of humanity that is Patong, Kata, and Karon. It is like living in a Thai neighborhood, except more luxurious.
I can't say enough good things about this place. Loved the area and the staff was all great; friendly, helpful, and caring. A special shout out to Nipah (hope I spelled that right) who I believe was the manager, for being so kind and helpful. I will be staying there again.

Stayed at 1 bedroom. Great place to be based to explore south end of Phuket. Room clean and spacious. Lovely pool and garden area. Well-equipped for breakfast, cooking other meals might need more space. Great location for Nai Harn Beach, Ra Wai seafood restaurants and local Ra Wai wat (for evening chanting) and night markets. Lively expat community around. Staff extremely friendly! Highly recommended!

We stayed here for about 1 week two years (2014 and 2015) in a row. It feels like home away home with large rooms and functional kitchen. Friendly staff definitely makes any small inconveniences negligible. Very flexible and practical for a family with young kids.
Good location as there are plenty of fun places for kids within 1-hour driving. You can go to many nice beaches within 10~30 min driving. We cooked most breakfast and dinner in our room as there are many good markets (both modern and traditional) within 10 min driving.
Since it is a small place with shared pool and garden in the middle, the overall quality of your stay may depend heavily on your neighbors.
