Great place to stay for the money

convenient location, nice area, friendly staff, good hot water, air conditioning, fan, everything works, feel the care of the owners of the hotel for visitors, the only negative is the alarm system I heard... everything is thought out to the smallest detail from toothpicks to bathrobes ... nice clean pool...

I've been to alot of high price hotels in Phuket, but this hotel is affordable and with the same service as the high ranged hotels. My first time in Rawai, and I had a bike accident , that’s life, but I cannot praise the staff enough as they looked after me everyday, with medication, food, kindness and hospitality was second to none. Rooms are large and very clean, small pool but ok for a dip. All in all enjoyed my stay because of the staff. Would recommend to anyone.

Overall, a good hotel. We liked that it had few rooms, offering peace and quiet. The large pool had separate areas for children and adults, and there were always available lounge chairs. The breakfast was excellent and could be ordered from the menu. The rooms were spacious and bright, with large balconies. They provided beach towels and an umbrella. A private and elegant hotel where you get a nice view and a beautiful room. Every room comes with a balcony. Staffs are friendly and will accommodate most of my requests.

We rented a villa and stayed for 21 Den. Everything went perfectly, the transfer was on time, cleaning was done every 3 days. Swimming pool, garden cleaning and deratization. Security. I recommend everything

Very authentic villa in quiet place, amazing pool and waterfall at the pool area, bedrooms are located around the back yard what gives the villa it's own vibe. We enjoyed there, Service and cleaning is twice a week, friendly villa manager, and only 5 min by bike away from the beach.

Villa's location is not close to center. If you have rent a car then this is no problem. Villa is spacious & clean. Staffs are friendly. The cafe's breakfast is good and hope they can have more varieties. Pool is clean. The bedroom's air con is very noisy. The pillows are very soft but not comfortable for sleeping. The pictures are better than the room. Not too user friendly as couldn’t even find the phone to contact front desk. Washroom was full or mosquitos and killed at least 7. Bed lining has dead mosquitos.

Had an amazing time in Coconut Grove! Friendly staff, super helpful owner. Hotel is newly renovated with lots of beautiful plants and decorations. Literally felt like staying in a bubble. I’m actually considering buying myself one of the villas there so I can enjoy my winter time in Thailand and rent it out when I’m not there. Top rank from me, highly recommend !

This is a unique place that you must stay at. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and stylish with beautiful wooden décor.

The best place I’ve lived in my x4 years in Thailand. Beautiful little bungalows with private plunge pool. Kind and friendly staff who go out of their way to help. They even helped me collect my bike when I was stuck. They provide free mineral water, repair anything very quickly and they love animals! My dog was always greeted with cuddles and excitement each day. I honestly couldn’t praise this place...

The staff are super friendly and are fluent in English. Breakfast is brought to the room and the place is very quiet. They have everything you would need in terms of information, maps and tours and you can even rent a scooter right from reception. The prices are very fair for what you receive and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful accommodation in Phuket
