The service was great and everyone was lovely! Nice and quiet hotel, great for relaxing! The pools and swim up bar was very nice! The hotel provides a shuttle to nai harn beach throughout the day as the beach is about a 5-10 minute walk away

Amazing hotel, very clean! little pricey compared to other places but worth it because it’s a lovely hotel, food was a little more expensive than other places but that’s expected at a hotel

We enjoyed some free activitie like cooking and mocktail classes as well as free gym sessions (thai boxing and general fitness) We didnt eat allot at the hotel, but what we had was good quality and the restaurant is a nice clean space

Really nice rooms with great pools and gyms. But the best part of the experience was the staff. They were all super helpful and nothing was too much for them to help with. They totally made the stay a absolute pleasure

The rooms are spacious with full kitchen and a bedroom upstairs. Everything inside is brand new. One pool is downstairs and one is up the on the roof. Full shuttle service to and from the beach as well as nearby town

Also have to mention Joe, a great driver who helps with groceries and overall an awesome and humble guy who always greets you with a big smile on his face. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I didn’t expect the service with this quality. We had 3 rooms and the entire family were satisfied. Again, you dont usually see a hotel with this high quality in Thailand

He helped finding good restaurants, helping with all my requests and he even carried my groceries when I got something from a grocery store. The maid service was also top notch compared to some other places I stayed

We stayed in a two bed pool villa which was very spacious, high quality and well equipped. Walking distance to the lake, beach and lots of restaurants

Good rooms with a lot of space, but bathroom without bath. Good quality of breakfasts at roof of 7th floor. Clean and without bad smell.

The only issue was the main pool had a leak so it was being fixed during my stay but the had another pool roof top so it didn't bother me at all

If you are a coffee lover, I will say you must try the Irish Coffee (Hot) it; sooo good. Not forget Rock Salt Bar & Bistro is one of the best view to enjoy food and beverage

Close to Nai Harn Beach Phuket Province The hotel is in a very good location. Sea view and beach are very beautiful. The rooms are beautiful and spacious enough, the beds are soft, the restaurant has an amazing view

The rooms are big and beautiful. The bed is extremely comfortable, I want to bring the bed home. The buffet breakfast was a highlight and very generous. The beach and the staff at the beach was excellent

Of the minuses, the road is directly opposite the houses, 10 meters or less, at night huge buses with Chinese arrive at the hotel nearby, it is noisy if you sit outside. You can't hear this noise in the room itself

A very decent hotel! The cost in the low season is 1000 baht per night for a stay of less than a week, in the high season - 3000 baht, but if you stay longer, the cost is more favorable

Another disadvantage can be considered the high cost of the cafes located in the hotel, which is an order of magnitude higher than the generally accepted prices in cafes in the area

Cleaning is done every day, the rooms are well maintained, the air conditioning is working, the electricity is stable, Wi-Fi is very fast, and throughout the entire hotel

Only thing I would change is I didn't like how they charge extra for certain things. We only had 2 pillows in the room and had to pay an additional daily rate to get more than that

I don’t know what people are complaining about but this hotel in Nai Harn is THE BEST. The rooms are huuuge (50 sqm min. which is the biggest I found for its price). The pools and chairs are beautiful to lounge at

Very good value modern hotel, well situated at the head of Nai Harn lake. Good sized bedrooms with all the requisite content. Big adult swimming pool and a slightly smaller one for children

The only real irritation is the previously mentioned walkway area from reception to rooms. It is some sort of crazy paving which makes it very difficult to wheel cases and my wife and I both tripped over raised slabs

The hotel staff, I can only say that they are wonderful - all of them! Also, the restaurant: breakfast and all day meniu - very tasty food. Just 1km to walk to one of the most beautiful Nai Harn beach in Phuket

The housekeepers also clean the room everyday and give you free water and toiletries whenever you need them. The only con is the pathway between the lobby and the rooms because they are not suitcase-friendly

In the Rawai area is the best stay for the best price. A super big pool and quiet , European style apartments close to all you need. Cover parking for cars and motorbikes and very nice garden. Kind staff.

Affortable, clean and comfy place with ceiling fans and mosquito net on the windows which I like. As I can just on the fans in the day when I don't need the aircon. A very cute black cat there to welcome you too

Good Quality, BUT swiming pool close @ 5pm (no mention when booking), and quite far away from anything (taxi mandatory). Free taxi service only at selected (few) hours.

My favourite beach - Ao Sane...you can chill, swim, snorkel if the waves are not so strong but most importantly, love playing with the hermit crabs...there are lots of them..you just need to be observant 😄

tropical forest environment make this resort quite different from others, long walk up and down the hill-not for knee-pain people, jogging in the morning along the road outside the resort is good.

They all are local people with eagerness to good service. The little private beach offers great snorkeling and swimming. From the hotel, ones can hike up to the Krating viewpoint for a beautiful sunset

Chalet good, facilities are relatively new, no mosquitoes, the environment is very good, the only downside a little small
