I stayed at The Gallery Hotel Naiharn for one night after landing in Phuket in the evening. I checked in late and requested a late check-out, but the front desk did not allow it, even though it was obvious the hotel was not fully booked that night or the next day.
Unfortunately, the stay was very disappointing. The hotel was dirty, with spider webs in both the room and bathroom. While the pool looks nice in photos and at night, I believe it would look quite scary during the day due to poor maintenance. Dust and dirt were everywhere — it was shocking to see how unclean the place was.
The clothes hanger in the bathroom was useful but clearly never cleaned. I was even more surprised to find the water heater dirty, and one of the small pillows had mold. The hair dryer was stored in an uncovered, dusty drawer, and the slippers provided were old and torn.
For the price, this hotel is definitely not worth it — it’s not a cheap hostel, yet the cleanliness and upkeep are far below standard. I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property.

Back at The Gallery Hotel Nai Harn for the 2nd time and still loving it! 💛 Peaceful vibe, clean room, kind staff, and a beautiful pool for sunset 🌅 Definitely my favorite spot in Nai Harn!

I had such a great stay here! The room was super clean and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The pool view was absolutely beautiful — perfect for relaxing. There’s a 7-Eleven just a 1-minute walk away, and it takes less than 10 minutes to get to the beach. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely come back again! Totally worth it!

during our stay not so many guest. So we enjoy the swimming pool specially my daughter. You can borrow bicycles for 2 hours free. Not so much activity in the resort. But rooms are spacious and still new

Overall, a good hotel. We liked that it had few rooms, offering peace and quiet. The large pool had separate areas for children and adults, and there were always available lounge chairs. The breakfast was excellent and could be ordered from the menu. The rooms were spacious and bright, with large balconies. They provided beach towels and an umbrella. Housekeeping was done daily and was of high quality. The gym was well-equipped.
What we missed: a small table on the balcony to sit and enjoy a meal or a drink in the evening. The hotel seemed unfinished—there’s an elevator to the fourth floor, but nothing there; a poolside bar that doesn’t operate; and what looks like a rooftop bar, but there’s no access to it.

Lovely hotel. Stayed here for a few nights. Staff were so lovely, welcoming and friendly. Very clean rooms. Aircon worked a charm. Tv had Netflix. Comfortable sleep. Very close to NaiHarn beach and 7-11.
Pool was so lovely and clean. Lovely pool beds and umbrellas.
If you a lover of nature, beautiful bird song, butterflies and lizards. If you love cats there are two loving cats at the hotel.
Would definitely recommend to a friend.

The hotel is located right by Nai Harn Lake, just a short walk from Nai Harn Beach. The atmosphere is peaceful and truly ideal for relaxation. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a pleasant fragrance the moment I stepped inside.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and very kind. They were also helpful in providing recommendations for local attractions.
Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options available for both Thai and international guests.
And there are several nearby attractions within easy reach of the hotel, such as Nai harn beach and windmill viewpoint, both of which are well worth a visit.
Overall, I was very impressed with my stay and will definitely return again in the future.

After a long flight from Germany I arrived at the airport tired and just wanting to sleep, so I took a taxi to the hotel, where the staff greeted me with smiles and even carried my bags to my room for me. The location of the hotel is perfect for relaxing and the beach is very close., The room was clean and bigger than I expected., After a long sleep I woke up to a delicious breakfast and smiles from the friendly and helpful staff. My stay here was great and I will be booking again next year.

I got very poisoned at breakfast in this hotel. I didn't eat anything else that day until I felt poisoned. 3 days of vacation were ruined. The staff at the reception were unfriendly, they didn't even try to solve any of our problems. There was construction and noise all around, work was going on all day right next to the room. The worst experience in all of Thailand
