The location is great close to everything.
Good size rooms a little dated but cleaned daily with friendly staff.
I stay for usually a month or more and you can make a deal for a better price with the girls on the front desk if you stay long term.

A wonderful hotel.
As mentioned in the reviews, I was worried because there’s a noisy bar nearby that operates until 4 AM, but when I checked in, I consulted with the staff about this and they assigned me a room facing the quiet side.
This hotel is unusually high-rise for this area, so I was able to enjoy the night view and had a safe and comfortable stay.

LK President Hotel is a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Pattaya. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The pool and gym are solid. There’s a 7/11 right next door. A decent laundry is just a few steps away. There are plenty of restaurant options around. It’s also excellent value for money, economical with high performance for what you pay.

A hotel that's past it's best before date. I just spent a full month on the 15th floor. The room was in need of a deep clean. The wall under the desk is filthy. Black mold on the walls in the shower. One dead cockroach in the fridge and two live ones running around the room at night. Front desk staff were a bit indifferent and sullen, not the cheery souls I normally find in this type of hotel. On the plus side, the bfast buffet is good and the doormen always cheery and welcoming. I'll try someplace else on my next visit to Pattaya.

This is a good option if you want to be close to restaurants, bars, beach etc. but is also relatively quiet and while not cheap by local standards, it is very cheap by European standards.
Quite large rooms, walk in shower, comfortable beds. Large selection of breakfast options, average quality but quite acceptable.
Had a couple of small issues in the room, but when reported, they fixed them within 30 minutes.
Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Good sized rooms. Beds were comfortable enough. Good bathroom. But the noise from the club/bars music went on until very late over the weekend. I remember one night it was around 4-5 o'clock in the morning the music was blasting and I just couldn't sleep with the noise.

Probably the best hotel In Pattaya, I stay here 3 times a year for 2 weeks at a time. The rooms are spacious with fantastic views over the city and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Definitely my 2nd home.

Agree with some other comments. 3rd road gets very busy and a pain to cross. But if your patient wait for a gap you'll be fine. Staff are brilliant. Rooms cleaned every day. Don't get lots of sun around pool. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and will stay again.

Was lovely as always. However sad to see that rooms, like the one I stayed in had a few damaged fixtures, like the sink top stone was cracked and a dresser table top stone was cracked a couple of floor tiles were cracked. It did not change the feeling of comfort and cleanliness though. I will go back again.
Prices are very competitive and I would say it is an overall much better choice. The other being LK Royal Wing, where I usually stay. More expensive, no breakfast available here.

I booked a really great hotel when I got here but only booked for three days instead of the whole week in case I didn’t like it and I really did but I had to leave because it was fully booked so I booked a room at the LK President hotel lady at the desk was really nice. I got the room and the floor was tore up when you walked it squeaked went to the desk and they gave me a better room, but it was tore up. The furniture was tore up the binder. The phone was not marked. You don’t know how to get touch with anybody. I didn’t travel all the way here to stay at a dump, so I turned my cards in and boogie out of there and got a five star , I didn’t have the heart to tell the lady at the front desk. I said that my friend had booked another hotel and I want to stay with her Bless her heart the hotel smelled and was in disrepair. I didn’t even bother trying to get a refund how this place gets good reviews probably for people who don’t know much.
