a very mediocre hotel with minimum facilities. If it weren't for the associated parties people probably wouldn't choose this hotel.

Reasonable price for hotel and location

We had a great time at this hotel. We like the swimming pool. The breakfast is very good with a variety of options.

The location is at Naklue area, it is very closed to the Sactuary the truth and the fresh seafood market. Hotel buffet is indeed very good & with great variety. Rooms with sea view are the must & beautiful. The minor thing is the bathroom shower problem cos it’s aged & water splash out makes wet around.

Room is very spacious. I like swimming pools the most.

PRO: The experience of staying at this hotel was overall good. The location is perfect, the beach is close by, they even have a beach bar / restaurant next on the beach.  CONS: When it is windy, one of the windows is not shuting perfectly, so it will constantly make a noise (and during the night can be annoying).

This is a hotel that provides good value for money and a safe reliable option. However it is now showing its age. It was no doubt a fine 5-star hotel 20 years ago. Now I think it more 4-star. Nothing wrong with that as long as you know. It is very popular with Russian and Indian holiday travelers.

Check in/out nice. 2,000 baht incidental deposit is required. Please make sure you note all leaks/broken items to the front desk/engineer upon arrival. The same procedure is with the pool towels. The hotel has its own beach, where you can bring your beavarage. So you can have wonderful time near the sea. Sea is much clearer comparing to djomtien.

The hotel has a beautiful lobby that immediately gives a great vacation vibe. The river pool is amazing, with plenty of waterfalls and splashes to keep the children excited. My family and I usually enjoy the buffet at Dusit very much. The food tastes great and there’s a wide variety to choose from. However, we were a bit disappointed during our recent seafood dinner buffet. The blue crabs weren’t placed out for self-service like the other items. The location on the beach is amazing. All three pools provide amazing views. Rooms could use a bit of updating (carpet, paint) but very good size. We stay at this hotel because we attend the sky lounge restaurant which is inside the hotel. I like its location next to the hidden beach. Anyway, this hotel is quite old but you will get competitive price instead.

The room is clean and wide. Have bath tab and strong shower. Hotel have two building and have swimming pool both. Restaurant is good, I order soup and salad, it is quite a big portion. I have traveled the world and this is a 10/10 place, classy, huge, well protected. The pools are insane and huge, you can do 100-200m laps. All are infinity and service is so kind. Only down sides are: can get noisy sometimes at late night for some guests - as it is Pattaya, and the food isn’t as diverse as street food. I recommend the Pad Thai with Prawns!

The hotel is absolutely clean and got a nice view, especially when u stay at a higher levels. Though it’s a bit far from the Pattaya centre, Terminal 21 mall is just a stone’s throw away and u can always take Bolt or Grab in a low price to access other parts of the town.

Currently staying here on my latest visit. Have been coming here for many years with my Thai partner. Lovely old hotel with clean, recently renovated rooms and great staff who have been here forever. Quiet but close to everything. I don’t book breakfast after some less than good experiences. Most clientele is mature aged, which makes for a better night’s sleep.
