It’s a bit far from central Pattaya area, but it’s quiet place to stay. The breakfast buffet was great
Overall ok, the water is a bit stinct at first, variety of breakfast and huge pool. The resort looks newer than the villa.
Perfect venue for the circuit festival Asia dance party. The venue, facilities, rooms, staff, service was all amazing. Can't imagine a better venue for this event.
The Zign Hotel: Spacious Rooms, Stunning Views, and Fun Events The Zign Hotel is a sprawling resort with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The rooms are spacious and the views are incredible. I especially enjoyed attending the annual circuit festival held there. It was a three-day event filled with fun, parties, and the opportunity to meet new people. Our stay at Centara Grand Mirage was absolutely fantastic! The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for such a prime location. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, making us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, Thank you Pammy from Front Desk, she is always going above and beyond to assist us. The facilities provided...
Cozy hotel. Beautiful rooms. Polite staff. Excellent room cleaning. They put a bouquet. Our maid Cherry is very friendly and neat. Delicious food, a lot of national, but there is also something for children and those who do not like spicy food)
We had a wonderful stay here, just a lovely hotel- the pools/lagoons/slides are beautiful. Nice new room, which was cleaned well each day considering we have small kids! The staff are friendly & especially Eye at the swim up bar was fantastic with our boys!
This is the first time we visit Thailand with family. The hotel is really kid friendly with lots of activities to join, my kid enjoyed the bag painting, cookies making, henna tattoo and swimming pool activities, you won't be boring at all here. The activity owner David is so kind and energetic. The breakfast is so rich and delicious that you can choose Thai, Indian or Chinese dishes, we received nice...
Fantastic water park! Good main pool Regular breakfast lines Now, they are under renovation. So, you will hear some noises and saw all workers in the building. My first room had dirty floor cause of renovation Luckily I can change the room! Nice services!
To All The Staff At Centara This is our second time staying here and it’s an absolute delight wonderful staff lots of pools and activities for the kids and beautiful food and amazing service from all staff around the resort. Extraordinary experience @ Dusit Thani Spacious room, wowed by the housekeeping department, wowed by the breakfast. Loved the interior specially the man made forest in lobby. Loved exterior and the maintenance. Pools r amazing, but should be more clean.
Beautiful resort, it’s built on a huge area so you can wander about within the resort. Great for kids, has a garden as well. Has two swimming pools and right by the beach. Breakfast is good on the weekends only. However, the rooms are old but clean. And house keeping usually don’t change the sheets unless you tell them to. I believe they’re understaffed because some 65 rooms or so are cleaned by only...
Brilliant hotel, excellent staff and service. Location is perfect, next to the beach on one end and right next to malls, shops on the other end. Unfortunately rooms have run down. Looked like the bathrooms were upgraded recently but the room carpet and furniture were not in the best shape. The carpet had stains, bedsheets had stains, and the rooms had cockroach infestation (bathroom and room). The...
We ran a group tour from Japan through here and the hotel was very accommodating. I can recommend it for large groups, for sure. The location is great and the views from the seaside rooms are spectacular. The wifi is good. The facilities are being regularly renewed. The main downside is probably the lack of a convenience store near the hotel. This is not the newest or flashiest hotel in the area,...
Old hotel… I was came here 20 years ago but it’s still the same as that day. Price are quite high when prepare what you got, $100+ per night you can find a better one with this price. ****We need to see the high standard hotel today not from 20 years ago.**** (Review by Thai people, who love to support Thai Business)
Amazingly beautiful hotel. My birthday occurred during my stay and they left a giant slice of chocolate cake for two and candles in my room wirh a heartwarming note. The morning breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots of food options and the views, lobby happy hour with jazz, and valet service were all 5 star elite.

Went went there for a vacation and the experience was relly amazing, I liked the view, the atmosphere, the stuff were so friendly and caring. (This is a must visit Hotel in Pattaya).❤️
Just ok Nothing special Rooms are old beds are pushed together Food was ok but just ok Beach is good for Pattaya Strange floor and room Number layout Would recommend other hotels not this one Check in was strange experience
Royal Cliff Hotel offers a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz. With a variety of pools and restaurants, delicious food, and friendly staff, it’s a perfect getaway. While its secluded location might not suit everyone, I found it ideal for unwinding. Overall, it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in Pattaya, and I can’t wait to go back.
I really like this hotel, I have been here many times since 2007, but during this time a lot has changed, there is no longer a chef who oversaw breakfast in the restaurant for many years, the cost has doubled during this time, strangers are coming to the beach and It’s not the guards who always deal with them, but basically everything is like the good old days. I'm surprised to read bad reviews, but...
I was happy with my stay here. Its proximity to the beach, various sports facilities, well maintained swimming pools and multiple restaurant options made it worthwhile. The rooms were cozy. In Room Dining options should be expanded.
Fantastic. Old style 5 star hotel with spacious lobbies, lots of marble everywhere and very attentive staff. The place has too much to offer to be described here. Just try it. Recommended.

You can see the whole beautiful view from the view tower. We also rode the monorail which was okay experience.
An old, well-known hotel in Pattaya known for its tower and cable car. I visited its small amusement park and enjoyed it a lot. The monorail is quite hot inside, as its windows are acrylic boards with few gaps for air ventilation. However, the scenery on the monorail was worth it.
The water park entrance fee is 200 Baht, adults, children and Thais all pay the same price. No food or drink allowed from outside. You will be searched like a felon! Food and drink must be bought at the water park at inflated prices (1 litre of Pepsi 100 Baht!)! If you arrive too late, you will have no place to sit or a parasol! A family with two or three children will easily spend 2,000 Baht a day...
Great place first impression from outside wasn't as expected. But once enter and stay, everything turns out great. The price was fair not expensive. Overall I will have to come back and stay about 3 nights.
Old facilities, normal (quite old) room compared with other hotels Big green area for walking There are only two functional elevators In my room, there's the water drop on the floor due to air conditioning. I have to wipe it off. 😭
like to travel to Pattaya. It is number 1 for me. It has everything. The food is delicious. The prices are medium and not too expensive. There are many resorts to choose from. But you shouldn't travel in front of the tourist season or everything + the price will increase a lot. Old property but great hospitality with well managed facilities. - one liner review Best parts of the hotel would be beach access, pools and the beach bar. This is a lovely hotel with lots going on. We opted to buy the lounge access which is great value for money. With this you get to have breakfast in a more private location and there small snacks provided between 2-4.30 and 5.30-6.30. Beds are very comfortable. Shower was hot and you are right on the beach and far away from the main beach in Pattaya. The only downfall was we had booked a 3 person room...
Absolutely great location, with access to a private beach and a delicious breakfast spread. Spent 4 nights here, loved every minute of it. The rooms are a bit dated, but doesn't take away anything from the experience. The beach is on the shallow side, with gentle caressing waves at most times. The room we got gave a partial view of the sea, the pool and the spa.
The location of the hotel is great, and the beach is not too crowded. There is a platform that connects to the beach, which has brick steps so you can easily go to another tourist spot without sand getting stuck in your shoes. Two recommended spots nearby are "The Glass House" restaurant and "Secret Beach". We booked both the deluxe room and the family room. We absolutely loved the family room, especially...

We booked three suites with ocean views for a two-night stay, but the layout of the hotel caused some inconvenience. Since each floor only had two suite rooms, we were split across different floors, making it difficult to move between our rooms. Stayed here for 3 nights, the room, facilities, buffet breakfast and the staff service were exceptional, especially Kong, was very kind and funny to our children. We were very impressed and will not hesitate to recommend to our friends.
5 star hotel interconnected to the mall with loads of shopping for whatever you might need. Adults bewar....ZERO alcohol is served here although you can bring your own. There isn't even wine available with dinner. Makes no sense to me but to each his own. The pool area is amazing. Expect lots of kids. Overall this hotel is clean, modern and well appointed.
Fantastic hotel, class 5 star with 100% dedication to service and facilities you get what you pay for here. Kong from the concierge desk was amazing, spoke great English and was very friendly, remembering our sons name every day. Downsides if any, not much for breakfast for British with no real Full English. Lifts although there are many seem very slow to arrive, maybe they are not all working?
Large and luxurious room + bathroom. Nice view! Nice and clean. Pleasant service! Food ordered from room service was first class! Will come back next time.
My wife and I stayed at grande centre point for 21 nights in March. We can't recommend this place enough. Everything there is 5 star. The rooms are very clean. The pool is just wonderful. Hotel is brilliant. Lovely pool and beach Room is good. Only thing for me is it quite far from main pattaya beach and bars . Just need to hire a motorbike. Apart from that it's great for a relaxing holiday.
Great but old (extremely). Perfect location, but quite a distance (500 mtrs) from main road where shared tuk-tuk operate. Hiring a personal bike would be a good option. Great friendly staff, good location near the sea. The main issue is that the old rooms with old furniture are used a lot, and you can see signs of that. If they would do a renovation of the hotel, they would get a much higher rating.
The water quality in the taps was dirty on the day of our checkout, there was no water in the tap around 1.40am on the same day. Even though it came in the morning it was dirty. WI-FI ONLY ON LOBBY. I booked a superior garden view room. At first glance the room seems spacious and welcoming. But later in stay I realised that these rooms were very average and dated. So called superior rooms were very average n dated. Air conditioning was causing moisture to condense on all things including floor. Balcony doors were not sealing when closed. Great atmosphere! Good location. The staff is attentive and always accommodating. Golf is a pro at getting you checked in and arranging anything you need. The food including the extensive breakfast buffet is very good. The swimming pool is a great vibe in a peaceful setting. Oat the tennis pro makes you look good! Oat makes it easy and fun. Definitely one of the places to stay in Pattaya.
Did have a very unpleasant experience when we ordered lunch from GrabFood. The reception staff, a guy said that they had received the order and will send it to our room. You get what you pay for. The place was surprisingly quiet, considering the location. It's in a cute courtyard and my room had a couple of palm trees outside, so the birds were present and chirpy every morning, which was something I really enjoyed. The hotel is a bit tired, but the staff try to fix any problems as soon as they can. It's quite quiet, but there can be some noise sometimes. Advantages: * The location is on Pattaya Street, with everything within walking distance. * The breakfast is standard. Disadvantages: * The rooms are outdated. * For online bookings, they require a 1000 THB deposit. * The staff are not capable of handling English.
The stay was very pleasant and value for money. The rooms were clean with a balcony overlooking the pattaya beach. The food was great and withgood room service.
Positives Very good hotel. Big property. Nice swimming pool. Large lobby. Indian food available just adjacent to the property. Walkable distance to walking street. Negatives If you've booked from Agoda, get email confirmation from Hotel. There is lot of confusion as Agoda does booking to hotel via third party. Any cancellation / rebook the property is not smooth process.
I'm giving 5 stars as for the price I paid it would be hard to expect any more than I got. From check in to check out after 2 days I was happy with the service. The rooms are a good size and well equipped - the bed is firm but not hard so happy with that also. The swimming pool is large but the beds are taken quickly by the towel reservists that we all know about. I removed 4 towels and kidnapped the...
Very old, not so pleasent. In the room, the toilet and water tubes made a lot of noise all the time. Good service by the staff and good location. But I wouldn't return.
Only been one night, but love it so far. Great location for me, nice rooms, lovely staff. Will look to extend my stay.

There are a lot of things that are ruined in the hotel. , Wi-Fi is not connected properly, so there is no advantage except to sleep comfortably because the bed and pillow are good. I think we need to lower the price here. Good place to stay alone and order delivery food
Good place and swimming pool is not clean properly.. and most enjoyable place
Lovely n spacious
Good service, Good quality, Good food, Good view everything's good.
My first ever hotel abroad.. I got a fantastic deluxe room with a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Still in my memory. Nostalgia..
Spacious good room with a balcony, refrigerator, kettle, safe, shower and bath, cleaning every day as well as consumables shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, etc. I liked the food (mostly gilded like the Chinese as there are a lot of them) but we weren't bothered

Nice pool. Solid value. Good location to walking Street. I reserved a room for a friend here who was staying on business from India
We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Check Inn was smooth. Rooms were good. They deposit 500 Bhatt as a security after check Out they return the amount. Breakfast buffet has many options specially for vegetarian. Staff is cooperative.
Good property at accessible location. Walking street just 5 min distance from hotel. Nice and well maintained swimming pool. Rooms Ac are quite disappointed...not working properly. Atleast one fan should be there in room because rooms doesn't have open window so sometimes it's suffocated. After all good experience with nova platinum.
Sakda and Ying at hotel nova Platanium (Pattaya )provided exceptional service throughout my stay. From Sakda's warm welcome to Ying's attention to detail, every moment was superb. They ensured I had everything I needed and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their professionalism and care are commendable, and I highly recommend this hotel for an outstanding experience.
The hotel is located in South Pattaya, which is a popular tourist area. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay, this may not be the best option for you. The hotel caters mainly to Indian guests. The pools are beautiful. The hotel is rated as a 3-star hotel. If you are looking for a luxurious experience, this may not be the best option for you. Great value for money
Joiner free. Preferred by Indians. In total around 70-90 rooms. Chef Indian so food no issue. Banquet hall available. Entering through main lobby doesn't give a grand feeling. Location wise accessible.
