Where to stay in Pattaya

Did not stay in hotel only use swimming pool and outdoor restaurant facilities next to beach / pool facilities, amazing pool different levels grwat for all age groups excellent food and drinks available well worth visiting and staying at hotel 🏨

A very fine hotel, the location is for those who like the quiet side of Pattaya. The room I was in has sea view and on tenth floor, but only problems I had are the standing shower can't use the water heater, the beds are too hard for me, and the T.V. is unable to work due to signal problem. Other than that it's pretty good hotel. Oh, the breakfast isn't that good as well

Room was very nice. Sea view from the balcony is mind blowing. They have their own private beach. Overall experience was great. Food was good.

It's based north side of pattaya and is adjacent to beach. We stayed there for 3 days and breakfast was average with less options. The city is around 15 minutes by taxi and is not easily feasible by walk. The rooms are very spacious with good view. The service is quite good. If you are looking for peaceful rest like vacation it's good choice.

Most of the staff do not speak English and have difficulty understanding it. The general profile of the people staying was not good either. However, our room was clean and nice. It is far from the center (you have to walk a long distance to get to the car and the roads smell bad).

It’s a bit far from central Pattaya area, but it’s quiet place to stay. The breakfast buffet was great

We had a wonderful stay here, just a lovely hotel- the pools/lagoons/slides are beautiful. Nice new room, which was cleaned well each day considering we have small kids! The staff are friendly & especially Eye at the swim up bar was fantastic with our boys!

This is the first time we visit Thailand with family. Such a delight! Highly recommended for a family stay. We stayed 2 nights at the hotel which was newly renovated. The design is modern yet homey and gives a soothing and comfortable feel. Beautiful Hotel just refurbished all rooms and restaurants. The brew and bar is very lovely. They have fantastic food a great barista during the day. I laughed her variety of sweets as well. The new restaurant at the street level is completely revamped and the food and new concept is delicious. Looking forward to my next stay there.

Pleasent to stay once again in Holiday Inn after 7years. I loved the ambiance, environment, food and services etc., This time I am here with my kid. V stayed here as a family❤️. My kid enjoyed the kid's club, swimming pool, So nice and kind people. Fun filled weekdays with everyday activities. Make her occupied in weekdays. Also in weekend it's easy to access the nearby places from here.

We were able to book the rooms last minute and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Starting from the check-in, we were greeted by the lovely receptionist Poppi who was very helpful and was able to cater to our requests. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel lobby was one of the most beautiful lobbies we have ever seen. Hope to visit again sometime!

I stayed at 2 hotels in Pattaya for 5 nights each. I totally regret the first it was terrible, BUT when I moved to the Holiday Inn Executive Tower, it was bliss. The Executive Lounge staff, their service and the food quality are like heaven. The ONLY place to stay in Pattaya. Well done team, you made my stay an amazing experience.

Stayed for 6 nights with wife and 2 kids. Great hotel, location, excellent breakfast food. Free minibar drinks, we just bought whiskey from 7/11 nearby because no alcohol is served. One of the best hotels I stayed in. They take care of every small detail, and the stuff is extremely polite and nice. Loved the gym, kids loved pool table soccer, kids club. Very fast wifi

The customer service are pretty nice. Room is clean. Free mini-bar. 😋Very convenient location, terminal 21, Tiffany show and 7-11 just around the hotel. The view of balcony are incredible, we enjoy the beautiful sky city view and sea view. The fitness area and the breakfast also perfect. Definitely book this hotel again if I come back Pattaya. The check-in staff were friendly. The housekeeper did a good job making up the room. The waiters and waitresses at breakfast were nice and kind. The room was clean, and the water pressure in the shower was comfortable. All the complimentary items in the room were free. The location is right next to Terminal 21.

We booked three suites with ocean views for a two-night stay, but the layout of the hotel caused some inconvenience. Since each floor only had two suite rooms, we were split across different floors, making it difficult to move between our rooms. Great friendly staff, good location near the sea. The main issue is that the old rooms with old furniture are used a lot, and you can see signs of that. If they would do a renovation of the hotel, they would get a much higher rating.

It was amazing. Staff at check in were so kind and we got complementary drinks and wet towels. They room was wide and had a great view. The bathroom was also very good and had all the essentials. The hotel is a bit tired, but the staff try to fix any problems as soon as they can. It's quite quiet, but there can be some noise sometimes. It's far from all the attractions, but if you prefer to cycle or walk, it's in a good location. Although breakfast was a great spread, it would be better if you could mark food for allergens like Gluten, Dairy etc. I am gluten allergic and I couldn't eat anything except eggs and yogurt. I had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Express Pattaya! The staff, especially Bamby and Noynar, were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. My room was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. The hotel felt very secure, and I loved that it was just a short walk to the beach and nearby attractions. This is a decent hotel that was newly renovated. Of course you can get a hotel with newer rooms and amenities but it has everything you need, including a fitness tomorrow and decent pool. The price reflects this. It’s about 8 minutes walk to the beach and near Walking Street. The only big minus is that the walls are paper thin - still worth it but you really need to bring ear plugs for sleeping.

Absolutely wonderful, Enjoyed the gardens and the pool was fantastic. The Staff were very helpful with money exchange (USD), getting settled and telling me what was available in the area. Breakfast buffet was super, had western offerings along with Asian (Thai) choices. Will recommend to all my family and friends if they visit the area.

Saturday buffet dinner is great. I did not really like the International Buffet as there is no seafood offering but today's dinner is great. The big pool in Pattaya with the feel of resort and near to the city. I am so happy every time i be here. The room is clean and safe. Cozy and full finished. Love big pool and garden. Their brochure offers 1-hour massage for 450 baht, 2-hours for 800, or 5-hours, get 1 free. If you buy the 5-hour package, they charge each hour at the expensive rate rather than billing two 2-hour massages plus a 1-hour massage. In other words, you're paying 250 baht for the "free" hour. Keep an eye our for these bate and switch tactics.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Check Inn was smooth. Rooms were good. They deposit 500 Bhatt as a security after check Out they return the amount. Breakfast buffet has many options specially for vegetarian. Staff is cooperative.

Sakda and Ying at hotel nova Platanium (Pattaya )provided exceptional service throughout my stay. From Sakda's warm welcome to Ying's attention to detail, every moment was superb. They ensured I had everything I needed and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their professionalism and care are commendable, and I highly recommend this hotel for an outstanding experience.

Joiner free. Preferred by Indians. In total around 70-90 rooms. Chef Indian so food no issue. Banquet hall available. Entering through main lobby doesn't give a grand feeling. Location wise accessible.
