This is a hotel that provides good value for money and a safe reliable option. However it is now showing its age. It was no doubt a fine 5-star hotel 20 years ago. Now I think it more 4-star. Nothing wrong with that as long as you know. It is very popular with Russian and Indian holiday travelers.

We went there from Bkk for our daughter’s birthday. Mr Quito and Miss Honey were really nice! Yesterday in the pool he let my 2 kids play in a boat and today he introduced us to a bingo game which we were so lucky to win both soft toys and medals. I have traveled the world and this is a 10/10 place, classy, huge, well protected. The pools are insane and huge, you can do 100-200m laps. All are infinity and service is so kind. The hotel's facilities are quite impressive. While the rooms show some age, this was not a significant concern given our focus on the festival. The hotel is absolutely clean and got a nice view, especially when u stay at a higher levels. Though it’s a bit far from the Pattaya centre, Terminal 21 mall is just a stone’s throw away and u can always take Bolt or Grab in a low price to access other parts of the town.

Currently staying here on my latest visit. Have been coming here for many years with my Thai partner. Lovely old hotel with clean, recently renovated rooms and great staff who have been here forever. Quiet but close to everything. I don’t book breakfast after some less than good experiences. Most clientele is mature aged, which makes for a better night’s sleep.
