Did not stay in hotel only use swimming pool and outdoor restaurant facilities next to beach / pool facilities, amazing pool different levels grwat for all age groups excellent food and drinks available well worth visiting and staying at hotel 🏨

A very fine hotel, the location is for those who like the quiet side of Pattaya. The room I was in has sea view and on tenth floor, but only problems I had are the standing shower can't use the water heater, the beds are too hard for me, and the T.V. is unable to work due to signal problem. Other than that it's pretty good hotel. Oh, the breakfast isn't that good as well

Room was very nice. Sea view from the balcony is mind blowing. They have their own private beach. Overall experience was great. Food was good.

It's based north side of pattaya and is adjacent to beach. We stayed there for 3 days and breakfast was average with less options. The city is around 15 minutes by taxi and is not easily feasible by walk. The rooms are very spacious with good view. The service is quite good. If you are looking for peaceful rest like vacation it's good choice.

Most of the staff do not speak English and have difficulty understanding it. The general profile of the people staying was not good either. However, our room was clean and nice. It is far from the center (you have to walk a long distance to get to the car and the roads smell bad).

Such a delight! Highly recommended for a family stay. We stayed 2 nights at the hotel which was newly renovated. The design is modern yet homey and gives a soothing and comfortable feel. Beautiful Hotel just refurbished all rooms and restaurants. The brew and bar is very lovely. They have fantastic food a great barista during the day. I laughed her variety of sweets as well. The new restaurant at the street level is completely revamped and the food and new concept is delicious. Looking forward to my next stay there.

Pleasent to stay once again in Holiday Inn after 7years. I loved the ambiance, environment, food and services etc., This time I am here with my kid. V stayed here as a family❤️. My kid enjoyed the kid's club, swimming pool, So nice and kind people. Fun filled weekdays with everyday activities. Make her occupied in weekdays. Also in weekend it's easy to access the nearby places from here.

We were able to book the rooms last minute and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Starting from the check-in, we were greeted by the lovely receptionist Poppi who was very helpful and was able to cater to our requests. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel lobby was one of the most beautiful lobbies we have ever seen. Hope to visit again sometime!

I stayed at 2 hotels in Pattaya for 5 nights each. I totally regret the first it was terrible, BUT when I moved to the Holiday Inn Executive Tower, it was bliss. The Executive Lounge staff, their service and the food quality are like heaven. The ONLY place to stay in Pattaya. Well done team, you made my stay an amazing experience.

Great friendly staff, good location near the sea. The main issue is that the old rooms with old furniture are used a lot, and you can see signs of that. If they would do a renovation of the hotel, they would get a much higher rating.

The water quality in the taps was dirty on the day of our checkout, there was no water in the tap around 1.40am on the same day. Even though it came in the morning it was dirty. WI-FI ONLY ON LOBBY. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the hotel thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, clean and well presented spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Im writing this while im in my room, I was trying to sleep but it’s impossible, so noisy. You can hear the music coming from the beach, so loud. Not to mention they charge 180 bath for you to have ice in your room! What hotels charges for ice??!

This is a decent hotel that was newly renovated. Of course you can get a hotel with newer rooms and amenities but it has everything you need, including a fitness tomorrow and decent pool. The price reflects this. It’s about 8 minutes walk to the beach and near Walking Street. The only big minus is that the walls are paper thin - still worth it but you really need to bring ear plugs for sleeping.

Comfy bed and quiet environment, and the doorman has excellent service, however the rest of the hotel is lacking in facilities and maintenance. If you just want a place to sleep it's ok, especially because it's not too far from beach, however we wouldn't stay again. Other hotels in the area at a similar price are maintained better, gym and pool here is quiet miserable.

Everything is great. Service is the best. When I arrived on reception staff bring welcome drink while I was waiting. 2 bottles of water was in room every day. Nice and cozy place. Room had a lot of damage but was patched up to the best of the staff's ability. Towels were gross cuz it looks like it hasn't been replaced for years. Pool flooring is damage and needed to be fix for safety. Outside hotel smells like sewage all the time, but then Pattaya City smells like sewage all over. Overall, the hotel is like a luxury stay in the area but not worth the money I paid.

This was a late booking after I had a change of plans. Cost me 1,200Baht per night. Great location. Room a little tight in size for my liking and no balcony. The room in this hotel needs some care and renovation, there are very obvious signs of wear and tear in the room, black mould in the shower and the shower door does not close properly. The water pressure and hot water supply is very unstable and weak. However, their room is massive with strong air conditioning. The swimming pool also needs some severe cleaning and refurbishing as the water looks green...

One of the most beautiful hotels for it's price in Pattaya. The location is great and not too far from the beach areas. You can take a grab scooter for about 40 baht and taxi for less than 80 baht usually. The staff are friendly and beautiful and the hotel is taken care of really well. I stayed at The Zen Hotel Pattaya which is close and very convenient to the Bangkok Pattaya Hospital for visiting and Dr appointments. The rooms are clean and tidy and have been well cleaned through out my stay. The desk manager speaks a high level of English and has always been willing to help with any information. Solid hotel especially if it’s your first time in Pattaya as it’s situated in the centre of the bustling night life and city but as it’s right beside Central Plaza Mall and the Police Station you don’t hear much noise from the road or loud music. Very well located. The hotel is, however, getting on in years and the price is a bit high for what is offered. When we got to the room, we were missing towels and any showering material. In my opinion it is a nice hotel. Location is strategic, if you are coming to thailand to have fun. There room is nice but it is noisy since it was a night club near it.
