Did not stay in hotel only use swimming pool and outdoor restaurant facilities next to beach / pool facilities, amazing pool different levels grwat for all age groups excellent food and drinks available well worth visiting and staying at hotel 🏨

A very fine hotel, the location is for those who like the quiet side of Pattaya. The room I was in has sea view and on tenth floor, but only problems I had are the standing shower can't use the water heater, the beds are too hard for me, and the T.V. is unable to work due to signal problem. Other than that it's pretty good hotel. Oh, the breakfast isn't that good as well

Room was very nice. Sea view from the balcony is mind blowing. They have their own private beach. Overall experience was great. Food was good.

It's based north side of pattaya and is adjacent to beach. We stayed there for 3 days and breakfast was average with less options. The city is around 15 minutes by taxi and is not easily feasible by walk. The rooms are very spacious with good view. The service is quite good. If you are looking for peaceful rest like vacation it's good choice.

Most of the staff do not speak English and have difficulty understanding it. The general profile of the people staying was not good either. However, our room was clean and nice. It is far from the center (you have to walk a long distance to get to the car and the roads smell bad).

You can see the whole beautiful view from the view tower. We also rode the monorail which was okay experience.

An old, well-known hotel in Pattaya known for its tower and cable car. I visited its small amusement park and enjoyed it a lot. The monorail is quite hot inside, as its windows are acrylic boards with few gaps for air ventilation. However, the scenery on the monorail was worth it.

Room interior was a bit old fashion but comfortable, easy access to the beach and convenient store, breakfast buffet spread was average, recommend try local food than hotel buffet

Beautiful Hotel just refurbished all rooms and restaurants. The brew and bar is very lovely. They have fantastic food a great barista during the day. I laughed her variety of sweets as well. Pleasent to stay once again in Holiday Inn after 7years. I loved the ambiance, environment, food and services etc., This time I am here with my kid. V stayed here as a family❤️. My kid enjoyed the kid's club, swimming pool, So nice and kind people. Fun filled weekdays with everyday activities. Make her occupied in weekdays. Also in weekend it's easy to access the nearby places from here.

We were able to book the rooms last minute and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Starting from the check-in, we were greeted by the lovely receptionist Poppi who was very helpful and was able to cater to our requests. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel lobby was one of the most beautiful lobbies we have ever seen. Hope to visit again sometime!

I stayed at 2 hotels in Pattaya for 5 nights each. I totally regret the first it was terrible, BUT when I moved to the Holiday Inn Executive Tower, it was bliss. The Executive Lounge staff, their service and the food quality are like heaven. The ONLY place to stay in Pattaya. Well done team, you made my stay an amazing experience.

The location on the beach is amazing. All three pools provide amazing views. Rooms could use a bit of updating (carpet, paint) but very good size. Bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The lobby is one of the most beautiful I’ve been in. Customer service was great. Breakfast buffet had lots of options.

I have traveled the world and this is a 10/10 place, classy, huge, well protected. The pools are insane and huge, you can do 100-200m laps. All are infinity and service is so kind. Only down sides are: can get noisy sometimes at late night for some guests - as it is Pattaya, and the food isn’t as diverse as street food. I recommend the Pad Thai with Prawns!

I stayed for 5 nights in a Bungalow April. 15/20 mins walk to beach road. Nice location to visit pattaya. I didn't try the food, (it looked OK though) Definitely would stay again.

Great friendly staff, good location near the sea. The main issue is that the old rooms with old furniture are used a lot, and you can see signs of that. If they would do a renovation of the hotel, they would get a much higher rating.

Had a wonderful time staying at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G. Location is great, right on the beach and close to a few sights and the local mall Terminal 21 which they had a free shuttle to and from the hotel. The pool was perfect and so was the food and drinks. With two small children they also had a wonderful time. Old property but great hospitality with well managed facilities. - one liner review Best parts of the hotel would be beach access, pools and the beach bar. You could spend a whole lazy day there basking in the sun, swimming in the sea or the pools sipping some cocktails munching on great food. The rooms as mentioned are old, with some soiled furniture but the staff have managed to do their best....

Stayed here quite a few times simply because of its location. Everything you need is within walking distance, secure parking with security. Breakfast and staff are good, but rooms are a little below par, overall the place needs a revamp.

Rooms is big but old and not clean, bathroom floor still wet the tab is wet, the mirror not clean but bed is fine. Not recommended for honeymoon trip just only sleep and get out only.

hotel is nice amd quite....and plus point very nice location.....hotel staff not supportive and ask money for deposit even pay all online....room are not too much good...but according to proce point its good....safe and secure and big and near pattaya street and local Market.....so i recommend this.....all street food and shop near by and very bug parking space...can PARK MOTORBIKE too

This is a decent hotel that was newly renovated. Of course you can get a hotel with newer rooms and amenities but it has everything you need, including a fitness tomorrow and decent pool. The price reflects this. It’s about 8 minutes walk to the beach and near Walking Street. The only big minus is that the walls are paper thin - still worth it but you really need to bring ear plugs for sleeping.

This is a lovely place which is near the walking street. The amenities are fairly suitable for the low budget.

The stay was very pleasant and value for money.The rooms were clean with a balcony overlooking the pattaya beach. The food was great and withgood room service.

Negatives If you've booked from Agoda, get email confirmation from Hotel. There is lot of confusion as Agoda does booking to hotel via third party. Any cancellation / rebook the property is not smooth process.

I'm giving 5 stars as for the price I paid it would be hard to expect any more than I got. From check in to check out after 2 days I was happy with the service. The rooms are a good size and well equipped - the bed is firm but not hard so happy with that also. Very old, not so pleasent. In the room, the toilet and water tubes made a lot of noise all the time. Good service by the staff and good location. But I wouldn't return.

The room condition is old, decorated in a 70's style, but clean and still usable The staff is willing to provide service. Breakfast has both international and Thai food, bread, croissants, fruits , yogurt and fresh coffee from machine. Behind the hotel you will find swimming pool, sunset view point. Have to walk down the stairs to reach the beach.
