Consists of one 8-storey building.

Beach: public sandy beach, 500 m from the hotel (3 coastline). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – a fee, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

I was on the 8th floor, but there were ants in the room. My room was a corner room, but the sunlight from two directions made the wall hot. Naturally, the air conditioning didn't work. The hair dryer broke during my stay, but they didn't replace it. They also lost the ID of my guest.
It's conveniently located for a night out, but that's about it.
2. No safe vault in room to safekeeping passport / extra money.
3. Window panes and glasses not of same size, as a result slide window was always open leading to a. AC issues and b. outside noise issues.
4. washroom sitting commode was not fitted, fall down.
5. Washroom at centre was uneven and low leading to water storage in bathroom.
6. AC cooling issue.
7. though rooms were empty and available early checkin was not allowed.
overall experience was very bad, not worth visiting. more of a chaddar badlu hotel.
Aircon is slow, so hot rooms will remain rather hot.
Most wings are very noisy since located smack in the middle of things and simple windows with no soundproofing.
The receptionists are all gems and so is the maids.
But noice and slow aircon draws down the rating.
At 750-800B a night it is just worth it.
Super fast wifi as well, if you work remote thats an issue.
