Really nice and cozy hotel, recommended it without any hesitation!

My favourite hotel at Phuket. I’ll come again that’s for sure) friendly stuff, very helpful and kind. Also location was good for me (5 min to 7-11, 7 min to bike rental, 5 min ride to the beach, promtep cape. Liked it!

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for over a year, and it has been an exceptional experience, suitable for both long-term and short stays. The Pool Access felt like a second home to us. The pool is wonderful, and the grounds are beautifully maintained, but the most outstanding aspect has to be the management and the service staff. They performed their duties exceptionally well, making us feel like part of a family. The housekeeping was meticulous, with bedding changed and cleaning done twice a week. A special thanks goes to the ladies who assisted with the dishes in the kitchen - we are incredibly grateful for your help. We fondly remember our time at Pool Access and hope to return one day.

Good hotel. The room we had was big and very clean. Price Quality very good. Try the coffee bar next to the swimmingpool. It's a delight. And say hello to Jing😊

This is a review of their cafe... We wandered in while we had clothes in the washing machine across the street. We had a couple of nice iced mochas and a refreshing watermelon smoothie. The cafe is air-conditioned and has a nice view of the pool area. Being newbies at doing laundry in Thailand, we learned that the machines don't dry clothes--you need to sun dry everything. We asked the cafe staff about drying our clothes and they offered to hang them for us. Even though we weren't even staying at the hotel. Their generosity and service is humbling and represents the epitome of Thai culture.

A very spacious apartament. I liked it very much. Still, I have it 4 stars because in Thailand looks like the cleaning is not the best point. It was at 400m to the beach, but not next to the important ones. Nice pool in front of the stay. Good staff. If you like the South of the Phucket, I recommend it.

Large Apartment with 2 tvs, 2 AC units, full size fridge complete kitchen with stove top, large bathroom, very clean, super friendly staff (we went in the pool and a staff member just brought 2 beach towels for us without asking) nice pool! Overall great value

Great place for 2 weeks holiday. The breakfast is good, the staff can speak English which is nice. The hotel is atwalking distance from a family mart and restaurants. They arrange my day trip as well.

We stay in very nice hotel. swimming is beautiful. Very clean. Breakfast is very good. We come back sure!!!
