Amazing value for money! The location is good as there is a gym, bizaare, food market and 711 right next to the property. The rooms are spacious and the bed is ginormous! The rooms are clean. Toiletries are supplied. Air con. Balcony. TV and fridge. Super cheap and nice place to stay.

Stayed a week or so. It is decent: quite clean and spacious for 2 ppl. Though at night it is noisy bc of the road. There was no hot water (the heater, seems, was broken), somehow one chair only in the room for 2 (though table is actually for one, but anyway. I stayed 6 night at the 1623 room (Not the highway side) . Very great mattress and room size with a decent size fridge where we stored food. The staff is for me the biggest asset of this hotel. Friendly, helpful and super professionnal. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. You can leave your bag at the hotel if you plan a trip somewhere else and come back to sleep at the hotel. Nice room: clean with a balcony facing a busy street. Excellent location: next to a HUGE fruit market, with two 7-11 a block or two away. The near-by night market is forgettable; better to shop at Lotus next to the night market.

This hotel is Value for Money, Good Location and suitable for group, family and friends. Hotel has 2 building, Wing A is old building while Wing B is new. Rooms are so big, good beds. Staffs service very good and closely take care all my requested. Breakfast quite good with a lot of choice.

Good attentive staff with very helpful charming characters and very organised seminars will be held in this location. Good commuting distance to the local area with a good discount rate for the first time visitor which be able to use a nice swimming pool for adults and children as well as gym and expanding 2 more new buildings connected to. .

For 800 baht it's really worth it. over that you have better options. Overall it's clean and spacious and well located. They have a free shuttle from 2pm to 6pm for and from passion mall, give 20 bath to the driver as he is cool and don't expect it.

The room is quite big and suitable for family trip. Parking area is large and easy for every building. Halal food options are not various but acceptable. Swimming pool and gym are well prepared to relax and join activities at the venue. The location itself is not to far from tourist attractions in Rayong, local markets, and so on. The staffs are friendly and welcoming to visitors.

Big place. Clean rooms, bit small (no chair ?) Secure parking. Lovely looking pool but we were only there a night so didn't get to try it. Only met the staff to check in and out, they were great, but can't really comment on service overall as we weren't there long enough. Not much around in the way of bars and restaurants.

The rooms are clean. The service is professional but not really friendly, but they get the job done. The location is a bit far from anything, but there are some local places to eat nearby. Best have your own car.

Room comfortable but you can hear all noises in corridor including a tour bus load of people being woken up by their Chinese guide using a loudhailer. Considering the potential westerner client base, the TV channel selection is poor, free to show Thai TV stations, and whilst breakfast is included, not impressed. Hotel was renovated few years ago. I still prefer the old building compared to the new one. Breakfast is nothing great and you will not regret if you missed it. Its more of a business hotel dan leisure.

The room where I was nice and clean and met my standards,the food was nice and the hotel had good places to relax and exercise, all the staff form the receptionist to the cleaning lady were friendly. Would stay again if i go back.

Very clean and friendly Business Hotel. Beautiful rooms, perfect size and bathroom very well. All you need to stay for 1-3 days here in Rayong. Some good restaurants nearby in walking distance. To the beach you need a Taxi. Breakfast buffet is included and taste very well. Aircondition works well and with reasonable noise. Not so loud as in some other hotels. If you choose you will not be disappointed

Nice clean rooms, buffet breakfast was also very nice. Big improvement over the cold eggs and hot dogs the other reorts in the area serve. Also has a small gym with some free weights and a couple machines. Highly recommended.. :)

Had to stop here the night before my interview. Great staff made my night. They helped me book a taxi (which is not easy that barren area) and even lent me one of their staff members belt for my interview since I had forgotten mine. Rooms were clean. However, pillows are way too big so find a solution for that before you head off to sleep. Overall great experience.

Good and quiet location with views of the mountain and a nice man-made lake. The accommodations are a bit old and dusty. Some areas in the resort need a facelift. But overall it's still good especially for camping activities.

A good place to stay to explore the nearby rayong attractions. The resort itself is nice to explore and we mostly covered all of it in half a day, with boating, zip line and treetop style strenuous adventure. The drive around the resort is also quite nice with un and down hills on a straight road. Would be nice to cycle on as well. It has great value as well!

Very good place! I wasnt expecting much the outside looks old, the inside lobby nothing special. Once you go inside the rooms you will be very surprised. Good value close to noght markets, there is a beach close by vut we didnt go. I would reccomend this location.

A Family run hotel which was totally brilliant for the price. The staff and owners were so welcoming and the breakfast was awesome. Rooms spotlessly clean.A small pool which was great after being in the humid city .A short walk to the star night market. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Was easy to get there. Nice room with good shower, soft but good bed, and an somewhat continental breakfast. Not much to see and visit around the hotel. Apart from City Life of Rayong which is far different to Bangkok. But for stop over from or to Koh Samed it is very nice.

Not as good as my first stay. Pool needs some attention. Very average breakfast. Room smelt on return from breakfast. Drain from shower the culprit. Still a very good hotel but needs a little more TLC.

Travelled to Rayong by bus, telephoned hotel to get directions from town centre and they sent a car to collect me. Room was clean and fresh with view of pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast food was good quality and delicious.

Second stay and I loved it again. The pool could do with a little tidy up, but nothing too bad. the rooms are always spotless, great showers and comfortable beds. In warmer weather, the AC unit might have struggled with the size of the room, but it was sufficient (just) in November.

Well actually a small and cheap hotel. But be careful and ask for everything a receipt otherwise you pay double. I had a very unpleasant experience after staying there for several weeks because off medical reasons.

A small boutique hotel in Pluak Daeng, Rayong. Convenient location with 7-11 store and a couple of good restaurants nearby. Room is clean, comfortable bed. Good WiFi. Amenities are lacking, e.g. in-room phone, toothbrush kit, body lotion, hair dryer. Air conditioner unit is too small for room size to fight heat during the day. Worse, it gives out an irritating humming noise from the ceiling constantly...

We were very fortunate to visit Platinum Hotel because it was the owner of the hotel who gave us the tour around the place. The place is amazing and it's cozy to stay in. I recommend this to all of you folks.

Modern hotel with a large room, VERY comfortable bed, hot shower, free reliable WiFi, air conditioning & brilliant curtain design that blocks nearly all light out of the room for those of us that like to sleep late.

Budget hotel easy to access. Quiet and clean. Provides all the basic amenities. A verygood option if you just need a place to sleep fora night or two. Prices are very attractive as well. The only issue (big one) is that the carpark entrance is used by vans and pick ups forcing you to exit through a mazeof narrow twisted paths. Good luck to exit without scratching your car!
