This is a personal spot I love being one of the few newly customers when the hotel opened up its business. It’s a definitely 5 stars vibe hotel, in a quiet location facing the sea. Staff are well trained, food served is top quality and rooms are comfortable and welcoming. Whatever you are looking for, they are up to it.

All was well, except that there was a local festival out at the end of the causeway, and I could not relax in my room, as the music and bass penetrated the room. Just check on local activities prior to booking, I guess. It was not the fault of the Lofts. It's a fantastic, seaside hotel.

This business hotel has a very professional appearance. The whole place is always spotless, the pool is ready for guests and the receptionist is nowhere to be found. They offer daily room service and have a gym. All in all I can recommend this hotel. It doesn't feel like a personal touch, more cold and business-like but also very professional. I enjoyed my stay there.

Quite a nice swimming pool, has changable underwater lighting at night 2 fountains too, no towels provided? Gym is hot as no air conditioning , only 1 weight bench, no towel or cold water provided? This is good budget hotel. Quite clean and staff is helpful and friendly. But some staff doesn’t understand English so have to be clear in instructions. Overall it was nice stay when I stayed there. I would say it is of value for money hotel . Nearly 7/11 plus few massage shops , laundry (coin)

I gave a 2 star rating on my previous post. It was only because of the dog bite which ruined my holiday. I now give the hotel 4 stars. It is excellent. The room is very clean, the bed is soft, sleep well, the value is very overpriced.

New room, clean, decorated with a minimal look, good service, with a refrigerator, TV, air conditioner, water heater, clothes rail, complete with drinking water as well. And most importantly, the dog can rest. Add a service fee of only 100 baht.

I definitely think this hotel is over rated . This is not a 5 stars hotel. They charge for an extra towel , mat towel . They only give 1 keycard . Rooms are spacious, nice and clean. WiFi doesn't work everywhere in the hotel. The gym is semi out of order and despite showing operating times, the staff do not follow the schedules. Will not come back.

The hotel has great facilities for kids and adults. The mini harbour Land was amazing for the kids, and its free for hotel guests. The onsen was another amazing facility for adults that was really good, but for me the quality of the room and the beds were really bad. They were way too soft for my liking. If I was permitted for more stars, i would have given infinite stars for Balcony Sea Side Sriracha hotel and serviced apartments.
