Very refined Japanese style Hotel. Rooms are new, big, and super clean. Good facilities. Nice restaurant with good food and not expensive. This hotel is a lot bigger than it looks from the street

Very pleasant stay. Staff is very cordial. Rooms are big in size ,neat and clean have full size refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle big Almirah s having gown and sleepers. Beautiful view from the balcony

Got night market/robinson mall just opposite of the hotel.
The hotel have sauna,steam,gym, swimming pool. All well maintained. Breakfast buffet also have few variety.

Location is great. Has a night market with lots of food vendors. 7-Eleven on the corner. Free hotel parking garage. Self service laundry. Breakfast buffet in the morning. They also have a gym with free weights. The all areas of the hotel was very clean. My husband utilized the gym. Our particular room was a nice size for 2 adults. Our bathroom was very big. It has a separate shower and tub which allowed my husband and I to get ready at the same time. There's also a nice walking park nearby on the water with public restrooms. This is a very nice area. The staff was nice, professional and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was nice and clean. Service staff and restaurant’s staff need a lot of service improvements. Foods are fine but not attractive enough. Best for sleep and go out. A lot of good local foods and shops near the hotel.

Near superstore is the only this are very good, very disappointed no service i'm woman carrying heavy things they do help or sent me to the room, The shower and bathroom facilities were good! (Normally). I'll choose a different hotel next time we are in this city. (Request for large bed and the i got this -.-) and the last ting solid bed
