Amazing staff all so friendly and welcoming couldn’t wish for better.The location is only minutes from the sea, souke walking distance everything near the hotel. The food in the hotel was delicious buffet style definitely recommend food. As outside hotel was all the same menu varying prices and hygiene was questionable. Definitely returning God willing next year absolutely loved our stay.

Awesome looking hotel from the outside and lobby area. Rooms unclean. We had one towel in our bathroom that looked 50 years old, frayed and holey. Our sink leaked. When repaired, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned up and they gave us a fridge as an apology but that leaked water all over the floor and was disgusting inside. We had to complain 3 times and they didn’t seem bothered to help.
A boy vomited in the small pool but nobody came to clean it up; my husband took it out with a bucket and it was half an hour later before 3 men came to discuss it, meanwhile we were telling children not to go into the pool. The hotel is good if you want to drink and listen to music every evening, for the rest it falls very much short of expectation. It’s unclean, dated, everything is damaged and the service is poor. The bar staff are great and the location is perfect. WiFi doesn’t work in the rooms (according to staff it is too warm to work!!)

They have a nice pool and it's really close to the beach.

They have a bar and a restaurant but didn't go because I preferred eating out.
Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and around 20 min walk to the Medina

Only courteous person was the hotel receptionist and the room cleaner. Food inedible and boring. Nothing good to say about the place.

This hotel isn't well equipped! To receive guests.. as the centralized AC doesn't function we arrived at 1am exhausted the room is so hot the bed isn't comfortable to sleep on.. as you can feel some metal in your sides so you will wake up with back pains in the next day..
Anyways.. I don't recommend this for anyone to visit in..

Facilities were average, but that was to be expected as it very cheap to book, the pool area was good and the private beach is ok. The food is decent, buffet type of food, although some of the local cafes and restaurants are worth a look and very reasonable priced - I got two take away pizzas for 15 dinars, about £5 and they were freshly made and not greasy. The hotel itself is perhaps a bit run down, but again, you get what you pay for. The staff were fantastic, very polite, smiley and helpful people and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. I'd recommend if you don't mind a cheap holiday, if you're after 5* facilities then I wouldn't, but you wouldn't get that anywhere for the price we paid.

Just nothing like any of the adds. The only nice thing one could say is the staff do there best. Do not come here is my only recommendation.
