Good hotel for an economical holiday package in Tunisia.

Before coming here I was expecting much less than what I saw because of other reviews. I can say I was very impressed by the standard of the pool & the pool staff. The area itself was kept clean & tidy everyday by the lifeguards. Thanks to Mr Hocem for the welcome, really very friendly and smiling, the animation team Mohamed and esslem for their kindness, and also the restaurant team at breakfast. Spacious room, the equipment leaves something to be desired but the rest makes up for it. Very well located, beautiful beach and city center 15 minutes walk.

Amazing staff all so friendly and welcoming couldn’t wish for better.The location is only minutes from the sea, souke walking distance everything near the hotel. The food in the hotel was delicious buffet style definitely recommend food. As outside hotel was all the same menu varying prices and hygiene was questionable. Definitely returning God willing next year absolutely loved our stay.

This hotel is good in terms of location.. but it lacks many things. TV and telephone are damaged.. it says there are some amenities but none of them exist. Staff are friendly and willing to help.

But great in the entertainment at nights much to do but really enjoying my stay rooms are lovely and clean but the public toilets need more looking after

The service leaves something to be desired. The air conditioning in the room was too noisy and leaked. Upon entering the room, there was a very unpleasant odor. The breakfast buffet is mediocre.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Stay! I had a lovely time at Golden Tulip Hammamet President. The receptionists Fathia and Wiem were very kind and professional. Mokhtar was also very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Excellent service from the whole team!

The resort hotel has a good overall vacation experience with good food, accommodation and entertainment. It is very close to the beach. The hotel has water park facilities and three swimming pools. There are sometimes performances in the evening. The food is good and the price/performance ratio is acceptable.

The breakfast is horrible. The coffee and hot chocolate have no taste at all. The music is so loud all day and night long. Never again!

Great hotel for the value, the rooms are clean and spacious especially those with sea view, the members are so kind, the food was really great, it has a private beach and three pools, an aqua park but unfortenetely wasn't open, a great place to be with family or couple,i really loved my holydays spent there, and hope to go back next year, highly highly recommended.

Have stayed here lots of times this year was the first since 2019 all the communal areas have been done up. this hotel is on a really nice beach that you get to down a path through the bungalows rooms the beach is clean and watersports are available.the pools are clean plenty of sunbeds the children love the slide pool. onsite there is a shop which has everything you need and is cheaper than outside...

I enjoyed the service and the stay here Food is not bad, cofee is terrible tho The section I stayed at has wifi connection reching to our bedrooms which is a great thing But the thing I disliked the most is that the indoor pool was empty and there were no attractions at autumn season

A very nice hotel located in downtown Hamammet. The owners have exquisite taste and the art on display is a proof of this. The service was good and the staff helpful. A very good experience in Tunisia. Would definitely visit again

What an amazing holiday we had here! Friendly, helpful staff who became friends. Food was a bit repetitive but part of our trip was during Ramadan and we weren't concerned as ate lunch out everyday anyway. Room was a bit tired but very comfortable and had everything we needed. I visited the hotel beach and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the staff. They are very warm and very helpful. The place is called Mermaid and the hotel offers a free shuttle I think. It also offers magnificent evenings.
