Hotel is great and if I'll have a chance to go to Tunisia I will ask for this hotel. The only thinks they have to improve the food...it's something...I don't like at all...except some deserts and grill lamb chops...the thinks are that for European guests the food is very spicy...OK I can understand this...I can understand also that they afraid to use salt and the food it's just tasteless...but why...

The hotel had excellent design and decor, it's clean expect bad smell in the entry. The staff was not very welcoming or helpful in the reception. The food, particularly breakfast, was disappointing. Additionally, there were confusing dress code rules in the pool , such as men not allowed to Wear Bermuda and UV swim shirts. For women there is a lot of restrictions. I guess only bikini or one piece are...

I liked everything about this hotel. It was a very nice room and not to mention clean, I have been to many hotels but this hotel was the cleanest. the beds are very soft and good, the air conditioning works very well. The food was very good, plenty to choose from. nice family hotel with nice outdoor area. For children, they are slippery. the people who work there are very kind. super nice hotel

Was at this hotel from May 31st to June 11th 2018. For the first time in Tunisia. The impressions are positive. Arrived at the hotel by bus, we were pleasantly surprised that we were met by the entire animation team. Check-in at the hotel was done very quickly. We got a room with a sea view. I can’t praise this hotel enough. The location is amazing and the animation team are the very best ever!!! The evening shoes and entertainment are brilliant. There is so much talent in each and every one if the animation staff who work so hard all day and evening to ensure the guests and a wonderful time. It’s honestly the best!!!!

Loved the hotel, room was great, people and service great. Was a long transfer as last drop off from the airport but worth it. Used by the Tunisian people as a holiday destination so goes to prove it was good. One thing was although all inclusive, there was limited choices when it came to available cocktails but it didn't put me off!! Would definitely go back!

Hotel is rated a 4 star, but it's nowhere near it. Food is repetitive. Breakfast is the same as always. Lunch and dinner have slight changes sometimes. The room I got was an updated one, but there were a few problems that occurred. Twice the ceiling was leaking, and the balcony railing was moving, but they fixed it quickly. Lovely hotel and staff are amazing. Nothing too much trouble . Huge selection of food and beautifully presented. Our room was newly refurbished and excellent. The hotel is well layed out with loads of space so you never feel crowded. Beach perfect with lunch snacks and a bar . Nothing close by so a taxi is needed if you want to shop eat or explore. There are two shops in the complex one is jewellery...

Amazing staff all so friendly and welcoming couldn’t wish for better.The location is only minutes from the sea, souke walking distance everything near the hotel. The food in the hotel was delicious buffet style definitely recommend food. As outside hotel was all the same menu varying prices and hygiene was questionable. Definitely returning God willing next year absolutely loved our stay.

Pretty good hotel open all over the year and located a few meters to the beach, the service was excellent so was the food

They have a nice pool and it's really close to the beach. They have a bar and a restaurant but didn't go because I preferred eating out. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and around 20 min walk to the Medina

Facilities were average, but that was to be expected as it very cheap to book, the pool area was good and the private beach is ok. The food is decent, buffet type of food, although some of the local cafes and restaurants are worth a look and very reasonable priced - I got two take away pizzas for 15 dinars, about £5 and they were freshly made and not greasy. The hotel itself is perhaps a bit run down...
