The hotel complex is located a 15-minute drive from the centre of Sousse and Port El Kantaoui. On site is a water Park with a lagoon pool. One of the advantages of the hotel is the presence in the Royal Salem English speaking staff.

Hotel very tired and in need of some TLC particularly in communal areas and bathrooms. Food greasy but edible and a few interesting dishes. Dessert a little bland. Pools could do with some cleaning. Staff pleasant but possibly better service through being a European tourist. Animation team pleasant but a bit overly friendly at times.

When on arrival we were greeted with lovely smiles and we’re told to walk straight in and that our luggage will be brought in, such pleasant staff very polite, we were giving food as when we arrived the restaurant was closed.
We were taken up to up to our room, very nice room nice and clean, everyday without fail our room was cleaned to perfection even put my pjs on the bed.
had an amazing view of the pool and the stage! We enjoyed sitting out on our balcony when we were to tired to come down.
Staff were very helpful, any questions we had they answered.
The animation team were very enthusiastic always got you involved up out of your seat! Bar staff were great always served you with a smile always said hello! Some even remembered how you like your drink and to me that’s amazing!
I really enjoyed all the activities down by the pool definitely needed a nap after. Would be great to have the music playing all day and not just when the team is there.
I would say the pools are very salty maybe abit too salty? One day after being at the pool my towel was so stiff and hard it felt like cardboard.
The only down fall I would say is that there’s not enough sun beds or umbrellas seeing as it’s three hotels in one. On the odd occasions when it does get busy do run out of plastic cups and start using paper cups.
People shouldn’t be aloud to reserved sun beds, it should be first come first serve, due to not getting a bed by the pool with an umbrella I had to go to the beach on my first day and burnt very badly and spent my second and third day covered up in the shade.
Food was always the same, always some kind of meat in another sauce, sooo many herbs!

There are a lot of problems with this hotel. There are not enough sun loungers and umbrellas, surprisingly, but also towels. Towels are taken away during cleaning, and clean ones are brought in a few hours. Those. after the beach, you can't take shower. To take a sun lounger you need to wake up at 5 am. Breakfast is scheduled at 7, but most of the food appears after 7.40. The pools are open only until 18, but already at 17 they begin to actively kick out. The room we were given at check in was disgusting and small. there were 3 of us, but there were 4 beds, in the end, when we went in with 3 bags, the place ended completely. In the morning we were moved, but we had to spend time to fold and unfold things again. Pros: beautiful area, diligent and friendly staff, nice beach.

First time at this hotel, a few days in and absolutely love the place. The room is very well kept and cleaned on a daily basis. The place itself is lovely clean and well kept. The main pool and beach are picturesque and always lots for people to do. There is also plenty of food to choose from, coming from a fussy eater, I have had no issues with the food and enjoyed everything so far. All of the colleagues are friendly, helpful and amazing. They have very good tips regarding the hotel and sousse as a whole and helpful information for us to enjoy the rest of our stay. Animation team work extra hard and make the day fun and always take the time to get to know there guests. Would definetly recommend this place to family and friends.

I had an amazing time on this holiday! The food was great, room was cleaned well everyday! Thoroughly enjoyed my holiday, special mention to Crouch and Bob in the animation team, so friendly and ensured our holiday was the best one I’ve ever been on! I will 100% be coming back to this hotel for more relaxation and FUN!
