The hotel draws on the 3+. Rooms are relatively new, but clean. The hotel does not have its own territory. The Intercontinental kitchen, no seafood, it was delicious, especially the breakfasts. The beach is half a kilometer, very small, in the cavern with algae. There are pros and cons. Two pools, outdoor and indoor. The staff speaks Russian, English, French, Arabic. Overall impression is positive...

Good budget hotel. The food is tasty. The service is super. A very nice stay.

This place is amazing don’t get room 2101 ( the other side) because it was trash the A/C wasn’t working old TV’s from the 1970’s the food was good for me my sister didn’t really like it entertainment 5 stars I had a great time watching it and my sister I made friends it was good I hate that the pool closes at 6:00pm which is not fair although I did like my stay for ten days our room 3070 was nice...

The hotel was quite nice, maybe old fashion. 2 bars with lots sits and 1 bar next to the pool. Large clean outdoor pool and another pool on the other side of hotel. Great Seaview. Unfortunately, the lift was broken all the time. Food repetitive tasteless. Lots of Polish, French, and Algerians guests (and many Muslim's male couples). There are lots of scammers everywhere, especially taxi drivers next...

It's not that bad, but it doesn't deserve 4 stars, the beach is very bad and dirty, the workers are somewhat harsh and the food is very limited and not as it should be. Activities are very limited. The worst thing is the room, very narrow, some things are broken, the TV is old, and there are some cracks on the walls. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, considering the hotel in isolation, I would say that at this price point and target market, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are comfortable, and I didn't experience any noise issues. We were initially checked into a twin room overlooking the rear of the hotel, but after the staff asked for feedback we were moved to a double room overlooking the pool....

I was there in Mar 2014, it was a good time. I missed it a lot now in Jan 2021, that's why I decided to write this review, lol

A very cool hotel I advise everyone there were not many, but they have good rooms there and the view from the window is beautiful.

Lovely staff, all friendly and go out of thier way to make sure you have the best time. All facilities are well within walking range of each other and not to hard to navigate the areas surrounding. Food is also good and better than most other hotels I have visted in other countries. Would recommend you will not be disappointed.

I totally recommend the hotel. The perfect place for a successful holiday. Very clean rooms, extremely thorough cleaning. Beautifully arranged towels every day. Delicious meals. The hotel is nice but the rooms are very dated and small we had 2 adjacent rooms with an interconnecting door which was good for us as a family. Clean, friendly staff, even with main pool being renovated they managed to keep activities going and second pool provided. Indoor pool too. Food gave a large range to choose from with happy helpful chefs and service. Excellent all round. Room very clean, crisp bedding, comfortable beds. This hotel is very nice! Just ignore the bad reviews. We were very close to giving up on our holiday here because of the reviews. We would have made a mistake. The room was clean, the bed was spatious but the lobby was a bit small.

The receptionist on arrival was amazing he was so lovely and set me and my Partner up with an upgrade to the only room the hotel with a balcony. The views from the balcony was amazing. Good 3-4star hotel near the seashore at Sousse, tasty food and nice staff, the room was cleaned everyday, there's no cups or glasses for water, or tea set, furniture was not new but working properly, the hotel beach was good, nice sand, but not very clean, a bit noisy, open to locals with no restrictions, no fence or border, the only small basin open to view from balconies of adjacent building. This hotel has everything for a great stay. Everything was OK, except the housekeeping. Our room was not entirely tided up for the entire stay, they never changed the sheets or cleaned the furniture. The last day the room was not cleaned at all and we even did not have towels. This is not acceptable for a 4star hotel.

Exceptional experience at this hotel! The staff, waiters, the beach, security, everything was truly amazing. Never had issues finding a spot at the table to eat, never had issues finding a spot on the beach, good location close to the city, easy to get around. I had a lovely stay, you really get your monies worth here. Tea and coffee on the all inclusive is not that nice, however you can pay for nicer drinks which are good. Food is 5/5, chefs with a lot of experience. Personally I did not enjoy the animation, they play loud music by the pool side all day which was annoying, however the beach is also just right there and it is quiet and peaceful there. Overall...

Walid is the best one to take care of us in this wonderful hotel. The staff is very friendly and takes great care of the residents. I do advise this resort to everybody who is willing to have a great time and refresh.

Solid hotel, great service. The beach is much better than a 5 star hotel beach. No basketball court, golf course and no gym. Food is solid, but every day is the same. All in all, a great place for a family vacation.

I've passed a lovely vacation in hotel Royal Jinene, all the staff members are welcoming and respectful, the food was tasty and diversified, the location of the hotel is perfect ( close to the nightclubs of the city and 5minutes to port.el.kantaoui.) I will come back in the summer.

Hotel very tired and in need of some TLC particularly in communal areas and bathrooms. Food greasy but edible and a few interesting dishes. Dessert a little bland. Pools could do with some cleaning. Staff pleasant but possibly better service through being a European tourist. Animation team pleasant but a bit overly friendly at times.

Visited the hotel and the only Spa center. Greeted us with a surly lady, a relationship which was in uncomfortable queues. We elicited details of the procedures as interrogation. Pretty dirty. In this note of the advantages of a quality massage and a nice pool with warm sea water and hydromassage.
