Very good, excellent just rooms they need them new TVs they need a fridge. Internet very weak signal thank you for everything. Nice stuff or good stuff very welcome happy people love Tunisia
Good general welcome a large complex which benefited from a good strategic location (7 min by taxi from Monastir airport) beach on board the hotel (unlucky filled with jellyfish) excellent entertainment from morning to evening. Unfortunately rooms soiled by the weather, food ok if you are not complicated but always late (especially the SNACK never on time and does not anticipate its cooking)! Restaurant...
The pool, entertainment, private beach, and food are real pluses. Efforts could be made to improve the cleanliness and amenities in the rooms.
Clean hotel and swimming pool. Copious, good and renewed buffet. The rooms need a refresh. There is no shuttle to the airport contrary to the information given by Trip. At the beginning of May there is a part of the hotel which is not open so no spa, no disco and no 2nd outdoor swimming pool so no slides. There are activities during the day but often the same. The evenings are lively and varied...
This place is amazing don’t get room 2101 ( the other side) because it was trash the A/C wasn’t working old TV’s from the 1970’s the food was good for me my sister didn’t really like it entertainment 5 stars I had a great time watching it and my sister I made friends it was good I hate that the pool closes at 6:00pm which is not fair although I did like my stay for ten days our room 3070 was nice...
The hotel was quite nice, maybe old fashion. 2 bars with lots sits and 1 bar next to the pool. Large clean outdoor pool and another pool on the other side of hotel. Great Seaview. Unfortunately, the lift was broken all the time. Food repetitive tasteless. Lots of Polish, French, and Algerians guests (and many Muslim's male couples). There are lots of scammers everywhere, especially taxi drivers next...

I must say that who wants to lose weight you to this hotel. Food every day monotonous, to see at least once a day meat, it's for happiness, but mostly zucchini, eggplant, beans and potatoes and all of it including meat is not salty at all. About fruit, at least in the beginning of may, and say nothing, was only prosperie peaches. The tables in the dining room, in the dining room, as the restaurant is...
Of" +" the presence of the Park, 1st line. "-" dirty, the rooms are cleaned very bad, food poor quality, unequal attitude to Russians and Europeans. I can recommend only for the sake of children's activities, many will have to close my eyes
Nice complexe with lot of options
The best tobbagons in Tunisia ?
Was from 25 Sep to 5 Oct )(2017) Lived in bungalows. Nature is very beautiful )the hotel had a water Park (for children) so that everything suits just better to fly there in the summer ,not the end of the season ,and then not have time to cook and not enough plates cups and have a queue because the character is fired )) To Medina to get around 7 Dinar ,but taxi drivers sometimes don't know the change...
Nice hotel water Park. On the first line. Hotel for families with children. At least drunken persons. Chic attitude to children. Children's animation. You won't be bored and adults.

Lovely staff, all friendly and go out of thier way to make sure you have the best time. All facilities are well within walking range of each other and not to hard to navigate the areas surrounding. Food is also good and better than most other hotels I have visted in other countries. Would recommend you will not be disappointed.
I totally recommend the hotel. The perfect place for a successful holiday. Very clean rooms, extremely thorough cleaning. Beautifully arranged towels every day. Delicious meals. Lots of swimming pools, bars. Great bar by the beach. Possibility to try water sports. Super cool animators. Beautiful private beach, even better with a pier next to it. Great service, not pushy about tips.
We stayed here for a family holiday in August. What a great hotel. Food, is plentiful and there is something for everyone. Cocktails are your typical AI drinks which suited us 🍹 The rooms are clean and tidy the air con is ice cold, which we needed. The pool areas are kept clean, with plenty of sun beds. The selling point for this hotel is definitely the staff. Nothing is too much trouble! We found...
An amazing experience in every way from start to finish! The staff could not have been nicer or more friendly, all of them! From the cleaners, to restaurant and bar staff, reception and the animation team! They all made my boyfriend's birthday very special. The room was amazing and the seaview was stunning. The food was so delicious and a great variety every day! The pool and beach were beautiful...
Wow, what a fabulous place. A great hotel, nice and clean, nice grounds with a few pools spaced out and a sister hotel at the back between this one and the beach. Taxis just by the main entrance gate, a couple of shops 5 min walk away. For AI, the food was exceptionally good, some of the best my family have had considering where we are in the world. The staff are so helpful and friendly, makes a change...
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tunisia!

The hotel is old but stands the test of time. The staff are trying to keep it in normal condition. The location is good. For my taste, it is too big an industrial hotel with one pool and a beach where there are not enough sunbeds for all the guests. The food is of solid good quality. Sometimes it is a problem to find a room because the corridors are very long and like a maze. My personal and...
This hotel is very nice! Just ignore the bad reviews. We were very close to giving up on our holiday here because of the reviews. We would have made a mistake. The hotel is very nice, the staff is kind and the food is good. People are friendly here and it's quite animated. It's a beautiful location and there are lots of activities in the hotel.
A great hotel with helpful and courteous staff. The furnishings do not correspond to the hotel's categorization, but are compensated by the incredible views of the Mediterranean! The food is varied and delicious!
We liked the hotel. Big. Tasty food, especially fruktiki and pastries. 2 pools. The sandy beaches. Cheap paid services. Great location (20 minutes and you are in the Medina of Sousse ). Of the minuses, perhaps, evening show programs, which are run by animators working day. And only one bar in the fresh air. Which to 17.00 and all very mnop tourists like to eat,but all places is not enough.
Nice hotel. Better than Bulgaria and Turkey. A lot of Europeans. The food is good. Will be back
Great service, and a big variety of food, even for the picky eaters (Like myself)

Facilities: old, the hotel room layout is not good, there are rooms similar to the underground first floor. The breakfast room has been repainted, and the paint smell is still strong. It is not directly adjacent to the beach, but there is a garden. Service: The service level is below average. The omelette lady in the breakfast room is very friendly. The hygiene is very ordinary, quite poor, and the...
Lovely hotel in a good location Great size rooms and great value holiday. Nice pools Great Spa services Lots of activities and evening entertainment.
Great place with very nice staff
The hotel is nice but the rooms are very dated and small we had 2 adjacent rooms with an interconnecting door which was good for us as a family. Over you cant complain the food was not the best at all and what you expect from these 3 star hotels. Sometimes it was hard to find something to eat but we did manage to get by most of the times. They also have a private beach which also has a snack bar which...
Very friendly staff and a good bed and shower but I think most people posting reviews here might have been at the Palace next to it...same Marhaba monicker but slightly different. Hotel is indeed a little outdated but that's alright for the price. The thing that we really didn't enjoy was the fact we paid extra for all inclusive and even than beer was non alcoholic and food was so-so....for the 50...
Clean, friendly staff, even with main pool being renovated they managed to keep activities going and second pool provided. Indoor pool too. Food gave a large range to choose from with happy helpful chefs and service. Excellent all round. Room very clean, crisp bedding, comfortable beds. Easy walking distance to shops with taxi or shuttle bus nearby if required. Very good security, we felt very safe...

Facilities: The facilities are OK. They are old, but they don't feel shabby. Hygiene: The hygiene is well maintained. Environment: There are beautiful beaches and gardens. Service: Everyone is very enthusiastic. The breakfast is rich, but the coffee is terrible.
The third day was the same as the second day. The front desk staff was a man named Mohamed who was very nice and could help solve any problems immediately.
It's not clean, but it's okay to stay for a day. It's okay Breakfast was delicious
The hotel is right on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea and has its own exclusive beach. The garden is also quite large, convenient for walking and exercising. The hardware in the gym and restaurant are all in line with expectations. Breakfast was good.
The balcony of the room faces the hotel garden, which is very beautiful. It's just that the room facilities are older.
This hotel has everything for a great stay. Everything was OK, except the housekeeping. Our room was not entirely tided up for the entire stay, they never changed the sheets or cleaned the furniture. The last day the room was not cleaned at all and we even did not have towels. This is not acceptable for a 4star hotel.

This hotel is amazing, we arrived late evening, checked in and they took us straight for food where a 3 course meal was waiting for us. I’ve just arrived home from a lovely holiday at Seabel Alhambra. I travel a lot & this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Every single member of staff at the hotel were so attentive and couldn’t do enough to help. They were so friendly & always had a smile. A special thank you to Chakel one of the waiters who always went above & beyond whilst we were dining. The hotel itself is beautiful...
Amazing stay at Seabel. The whole animation team especially Sam, mane, kouki are the best always take care of us and had good fun with them. Lots of activities and sports to do and weather was good in April (22-25 degrees) The food here delicious and good choice for fussy eaters and those with allergies (I have nut allergy and they were very helpful).
My wife and our 3 year old have just returned from a week long visit (7th to 14th March) and very much enjoyed our stay. For context, we paid £730 for a week all inclusive from Manchester and booked it about 8 weeks ago. For a 3 hour flight and 30 degrees the day we left early March it was a no brainer. Overall this hotel represents great value for money. For what we paid and what we wanted, which...
All the staff were super friendly, big shout out to the animation team they work really hard and their presence really makes your holiday! Special shout out to Sam, Emma, Helmi, Su Zu and Mane! Honest review I was worried about staying here after some of the reviews, but we had a nice stay. Honestly, you get what you pay for and for the British summer holidays we paid a low price (under 2k for 3 person all inclusive). Great for kids orientated, family holiday. Hotel rooms were cleaned everyday with a fresh bottle of water everyday, lots of reviews said they don't replace towels, but if we...
The hotel is excellent and very clean. The food is also amazing. However, there is one problem: the waitstaff. If you don't give them tips, they won't serve you politely and often have an angry expression with no smile. On a positive note, the animation is good as well.
Riviera is a cool hotel. It has everything you need. The food is good, especially after a few days when you get used to it. The staff is great, and everyone is friendly. If you tip them, they'll take good care of you. The hotel looks nice, nothing too fancy. The location is good, and there's a great bar/club right in front of the hotel. The Hard Rock club is also just a 10-minute walk away.

Cons: The drinks: Low-cost...
The hotel is an average hotel, with wonderful staff. The rooms are large and roomy however the AC is very weak and does not cool the room adequately. The food is buffet style with bland food. The location is quite good, with only a 5 min walk to the beach. The hotel is equipped with an outdoor pool, indoor pool and spa. The hotel itself is very old and needs modernising.
a famous tfue is there. tfue (turner) works there he was helping with the beds this guy is tfue

all OK!!! There were no jellyfish. The hotel is across the road to the sea, traffic is passive, you can safely cross. Everything on the beach was free. Sand and sea are clean. The staff is very cooperative and excellent. The food is varied. A room was booked and we were upgraded to a suite. Thank you to the hotel manager, especially Mr. Tariq.
Satisfied, very clean and hygienic
I think the hotel does not deserve 4 stars lack of maintenance carpets on the floor very dirty worn doors.. no hair dryer

This resort has a nice beach, sand. Swimming pool is super big and never been crowded. Helpful staff. May be a negative comment: reception had only 2-3 destks and the staff always busy. Concierge:10/10 (very friendly).
Kindest ever people. If u are an engineer, then this hotel and the internal MarineSpa will boost your productivity to another level. Good food, clean and comfy private beach, and a spa with full of professionals. What else do you ask for a perfect spot ?😃
Amazing hotel with an excellent beach (although could use a bit of cleaning from cigarette butts and in the lounges on the beach) + luxurious spa. A very welcoming staff (except for some), delicious food, and clean rooms. A special thanks to our favorite Salem Yassine for his great services.
A decent cheap hotel suitable families mostly, the pool is good, the beach is not bad, the food is very average. But the architecture is so old and mundane. I assume it is an old hotel that has been purchased by Movempick, but it has nothing to do with the brand standards.
