Movenpick Resort & Marine Spa Sousse, Sousse1 / 50
8.8
Sousse, Boulevard Du 14 Janvier Bp 114 🧭 Map
For couples
This resort has a nice beach, sand. Swimming pool is super big and never been crowded. Helpful staff. May be a negative comment: reception had only 2-3 destks and the staff always busy. Concierge:10/10 (very friendly).
If u are an engineer, then this hotel and the internal MarineSpa will boost your productivity to another level. Good food, clean and comfy private beach, and a spa with full of professionals
It has everything, a pool, a beach, gym, a barbershop. Name it, you can find it here. Rooms are big and comfortable, food is delicious and employees are very kind
Amazing hotel with an excellent beach (although could use a bit of cleaning from cigarette butts and in the lounges on the beach) + luxurious spa
A decent cheap hotel suitable families mostly, the pool is good, the beach is not bad, the food is very average. But the architecture is so old and mundane
For Spa - as usual on holidays I have got a sunburn and magnificent Nedra from MarineSpa offered me to book the Moisturizing bath and a Wrap After Sun with Tunisian Aloe Vera, I booked in the morning and spent entire afternoon in a spa

I keep coming back! All inclusive... Sahara date liqour is my favorite. Nice oceanfront, can do watersports. Music entertainment nightly. Felt very safe, entering the "compound." Great location to shopping and airport.
This place is amazing don’t get room 2101 ( the other side) because it was trash the A/C wasn’t working old TV’s from the 1970’s the food was good for me my sister didn’t really like it entertainment 5 stars I had a great time watching it and my sister I made friends it was good I hate that the pool closes at 6:00pm which is not fair although I did like my stay for ten days our room 3070 was nice...
I can see the hotel is going to have some real issues over the next few years defending their shrinking beach. It used to be a main selling point of Skanes that you could walk the beach for miles, but not anymore I fear
I would have really liked to have gone on some walks, but the thin beach that remained was not at all easy to navigate
It's not that bad, but it doesn't deserve 4 stars, the beach is very bad and dirty, the workers are somewhat harsh and the food is very limited and not as it should be
This hotel was at least as good as I expected, and often much better. I feel really sad for the resort though, Skanes beach has really suffered, mainly from coastal erosion

Nice pool, nice staff, food ok but it was the same every day. Too many flies in the area due to the salt farms, that was very annoying.

Nice hotel water Park. On the first line. Hotel for families with children. At least drunken persons. Chic attitude to children. Children's animation. You won't be bored and adults.
Food every day monotonous, to see at least once a day meat, it's for happiness, but mostly zucchini, eggplant, beans and potatoes and all of it including meat is not salty at all
Overall the hotel is not bad)
The hotel grounds are average, there are slides, pools, but the pools is why it is constantly dirty in sand and leaves, but this may be because of the wind, in the total area by 4. So in one word the hotel ate up in 3
Was from 25 Sep to 5 Oct )(2017) Lived in bungalows
The tables in the dining room, in the dining room, as the restaurant is not called, constantly dirty, and the plug blades is only one for all dishes. As for baking it is, but not in the range and monotonous

The perfect place for a successful holiday. Very clean rooms, extremely thorough cleaning. Beautifully arranged towels every day. Possibility to try water sports
Beautiful private beach, even better with a pier next to it. Great service, not pushy about tips
The food was so delicious and a great variety every day! The pool and beach were beautiful and everything was so clean all the time! The entertainment was great! The drag show in the nightclub was amazing!!!! We also got massages which were so good and great value!
Lovely staff, all friendly and go out of thier way to make sure you have the best time. All facilities are well within walking range of each other and not to hard to navigate the areas surrounding
A great hotel, nice and clean, nice grounds with a few pools spaced out and a sister hotel at the back between this one and the beach. Taxis just by the main entrance gate, a couple of shops 5 min walk away
Cocktails are your typical AI drinks which suited us 🍹 The rooms are clean and tidy the air con is ice cold, which we needed. The pool areas are kept clean, with plenty of sun beds

Old hotel but nice. Beautiful pool, garden and beach with sunbeds. Good food for all inclusive. The mattresses in the rooms should be replaced. Good cleaning every day. Clean sheets and towels every day.
For my taste, it is too big an industrial hotel with one pool and a beach where there are not enough sunbeds for all the guests. The food is of solid good quality
Horasti hotel..right in town..take Nomura on mere chtb had no issues and beach polodna Everything is included..the beach has its own restaurant..no towels...remote zalogom...fridge charge...
The hotel grounds are quite large, but everything is convenient. Excellent location, first line beach, close to the Medina and the city of entertainment: cafes, bars, discos, shopping centers
A great hotel with helpful and courteous staff. The furnishings do not correspond to the hotel's categorization, but are compensated by the incredible views of the Mediterranean! The food is varied and delicious!
The hotel is very nice, the staff is kind and the food is good. People are friendly here and it's quite animated. It's a beautiful location and there are lots of activities in the hotel

The beach is half a kilometer, very small, in the cavern with algae. Two pools, outdoor and indoor. The staff speaks Russian, English, French, Arabic. Overall impression is positive, well rested
why all the bad press ? everything ok maybe too many Russians. not a bad thing to say about this place. nice beach , sea warm clean and clear
Rooms are relatively new, but clean. The hotel does not have its own territory. The Intercontinental kitchen, no seafood, it was delicious, especially the breakfasts

They also have a private beach which also has a snack bar which serves a small selection. The service was ok and they are always trying to keep you happy here
Room very clean, crisp bedding, comfortable beds. Easy walking distance to shops with taxi or shuttle bus nearby if required. Very good security, we felt very safe and cared for. Quick reactions to any slight issues
Clean, friendly staff, even with main pool being renovated they managed to keep activities going and second pool provided. Food gave a large range to choose from with happy helpful chefs and service
We are already planning for next year
Vacationing this summer. Liked. In addition to the crowd of Algerians. The Hungry Algerians. Sweeping in the canteen all in a row.
Hotel is indeed a little outdated but that's alright for the price. The thing that we really didn't enjoy was the fact we paid extra for all inclusive and even than beer was non alcoholic and food was so-so

Big recommendation for this hotel. Food is great, you can drink whatever you want, staff is kind. Our room had beautiful view on the sea and the beach. The location of the hotel is good, near Medina
Having the beach located on the hotel was the highlight of the trip…enjoying the sunrise every morning was beautiful. There were casual food options outside the hotel and the market few mins down the rd
Room was perfect with a view of the beach and the indoor pool. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great as there were many options
Bathrooms and halls are very clean, cleaning ladies are refreshing this spaces constantly
Also the room AC wasn’t working the entire trip which we asked about multiple times. Requesting for iron was another issue which arrived 5/6hrs later when we’ve already been outside with our creased clothes
However a few down side were that the hotel wifi didn’t reach our room which meant having to go down to the lobby to communicate with family/friends online

Sousse, Boulevard Abdelhamid El Kadhi La corniche, 4000 Sousse 🧭 Map
Staff were accommodating as we initially arrived 11pm local time on the first night - they did arrange for some food to our room complimentary which was nice
The service and food were great. Unfortunately the AC in the reception and in the restaurant were too low making the atmosphere uncomfortable. I hope the management will improve this important point
However, I'd rate this more of a 4* hotel and a place to crash rather than a 5* beach resort. Positives: Short walk away from main Sousse town centre. Private Hotel Beach and friendly staff
Good hotel with everything I needed, Staff were friendly, plenty of food and drink and facilities. The location was good for Sousse and had a good beach spot with Pool
Stayed here for 5 nights - fairly good location. The breakfast was pretty much the same every day. However, the dinner was decent and there was a good selection of different dishes throughout the stay
It all seemed fairly casual, if we phoned reception, we'd never get through, we'd have to always go down. The rooms were basic but clean. Air con worked, which is a bonus because even in some 5* places they don't work

I recommend you book a room in front of beach. Additionnaly the room are not so clean. If you have a big family I think it's budget friendly
I booked a room with sea view, which I believe it's the best room in the hotel. The view is amazing and also the beach is so near
A Memorable Stay at the Marabout Hotel: Exceptional Service and Unforgettable Memories I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marabout Hotel for 11 days, and I must say it was an incredible experience from start to finish
The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and spa facilities, provided the perfect balance of relaxation and luxury
The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable, catering to my every need with professionalism and kindness. I left Marabout Sousse feeling rejuvenated and already looking forward to my next visit!
I had the most enjoyable time with my daughter, and we truly cherished our holiday at this exceptional establishment. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the Marabout Hotel made us feel welcome and valued

Anyway, I can recommend this place for budget travelers
The hotel rep we had suggested we went to the marina at night for dinner DO NOT GO (if you are an anxious person or a new traveler) we were hounded by people telling us the worked in our hotel but they didn’t then we were harassed by a man trying to get us in his car he followed us for 15 minutes and as soon as we lost him and tried to get a taxi he showed up again screaming at us to get in his car
Good 3-4star hotel near the seashore at Sousse, tasty food and nice staff, the room was cleaned everyday, there's no cups or glasses for water, or tea set, furniture was not new but working properly, the hotel beach was good, nice sand, but not very clean, a bit noisy, open to locals with no restrictions, no fence or border, the only small basin open to view from balconies of adjacent building
The receptionist on arrival was amazing he was so lovely and set me and my Partner up with an upgrade to the only room the hotel with a balcony. The views from the balcony was amazing
Across the road there is a restaurant called Coin D’alma and it is the best place to eat had dinner here every night and the waiters became our new best friends haha
Be careful with money as we went for a drink at the bar and was charged 10 dinar for 2 cokes one day and next day 8 dinar

Room service was really slow, provided that guests get up early, have breakfast at 8 or 9, go to the beach for 5-6 hours and go back to have lunch at about 14. Location 5* Breakfast and dinner 2* Service 3* Bar 3*
Location is just perfect if all you need is a beach in a stone's throw. Just don't forget to hire a chaise longue on a paid strand of beach if you don't want to speak with local teens a lot
in the kitchen 2 plates 3 glasses 1 tablespoon 2 teaspoons The cleaner delivered a coffee mug a small pot a frying pan a knife and a fork Every day I had to ask for heating and warm water because I had a very high fever when the room is only 18 degrees and there is still a cough
Breakfasts were like this: one coffe/tea, one lemonade, one croissant, and one hundred thousand French bread pieces with awful artificial butter and some jam. Dinner was sometimes just repugnant but more diverse, luckily
This makes Boujafaar Residece a great place for family holidays and for students on vacation. Also, there is a bar on the first floor. It's a very popular place among local people
But there is a solution to such a mishap. Rooms have kitchens so you can go to a supermarket called 'General', buy some normal food and cook it in your room

My flight was delayed so we arrived at Résidence Le Jasmin in the early hours of the morning. Nevertheless, Fahad was ready with the keys to welcome us. He is the building manager and was on site 24/7
He proved very helpful throughout our stay. Clean spacious apartments with good facilities. The only disappointment is that lavatory paper is not provided
It would have been very useful to have some, particularly in that country
