Extremaly high Cost and they dont want to send invoice for stay at the hotel. We asked twice the personell to preapre the invoice and they didnt prepare it. They do not answer emails. They promised to send invoice by email but nothing happens...it is not a quality that you wish to have for such price!!!!!

Horrible location
Rooms are not furnished. Feels like a prison. There is no internet. You need to download an app which you need also internet to do. They want to collect your data with the app.

I had an incredible stay at Anemon Adana Hotel with my friend Can! Five stars all the way! The amenities they provided were outstanding. The spacious rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, making both of us feel right at home. The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, ensuring that every need was met promptly. The on-site dining options were fantastic, serving delicious dishes that satisfied our taste buds. We also loved the fitness center and spa facilities, which allowed us to relax and stay active during our stay. We ordered wine from Room Service and Resul assist us very well!! Very kind of him! The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend Anemon Adana Hotel for an unforgettable experience with top-notch amenities, especially for those traveling with friends like Can!

we book a deluxe room for 3 person and they give us one room for two person we paid more and no bodies care in reception , they take the money in advance even we book online and nobodies take responsibilities , no good services please be attention room # 1401

Good property however the hospitality could be better, I forgot my blazer in closet and the staff preserved it and took care for quite sometime however on my next visit to a different city in turkey I couldn't get the same in time. Prompt action could have helped me get back my commodity.

We had 4 rooms reserved for 3 nights. The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was great. We had an issue with one of our rooms, and the staff relocated us to a different room with no problems.

I called this hotel and asked about their special offers they have listed on their website. Because we wanted to use it. 4 nights for 1200 liras. They told us on the phone that the reservations are being made via another website rzvanemon.com but when u go to that website, you are being redirected to the official site with no campaign possibilities whatsoever. Just pay the full price. I called again and the guy on the phone did not want to help out. Told me that maybe it is an old campaign. Well, if zo, why the heck dont you remove the campaign?
So now we are planning to go to another hotel in beautiful Adana.

It could be much better, not so clean.
I had a problem in my room with window, it not close 100% so you can listen wind screaming all night on it🙂
