They said all the rooms are nonsmoking, but they provided ash tray on the coffee table. What can you expect? So I was here for business. When I entered my room, the smell of cigarette made me dizzy and nausea. I complained and asked to change the room, but they said no rooms available. They tried to remove the odor by using what so called ozon air purifier, but of course it did not work. I was tired from the long long flight. I took Paracetamol and just went to sleep. Next day, I gave the recepcionist the check list of my request, e.g. change the bedsheet, the pillow, wipe the tables etc to remove cigarette smells. The manager, or whoever he was, told me that it was impossible to do all the things in the checklist, and he told me that I CAN move to the new room. Because I had to leave for the meeting, he promised me that I can move to the new room in the afternoon (around 4 pm, clearly mentioned). I agreed and left for my business things. I was back to the hotel at 4.15 pm and asked the receptionist about their promise, but they said I dont need to switch my room because they have cleaned the room so the cigarette smell was gone. I was happy and went to my room to find my room with WET carpet (really wet, that made my sock wet, I don't know what they did with the carpet) and WITHOUT curtains!!! The view of my room is to the main busy street, can you imagine if there is no curtains???? OMG so many drama!! I complained again, and they said they will put back the curtain and dry the carpet but I had to wait for ONE HOUR!!! So I sit to wait, and wrote this review. Anyway the cigaret smell was actually not completely removed, I still can smell it :(..and I still have to stay for two more nights here ;(. The lady who clean my room said the smell might be from the room below mine, somebody might smoke there. So why didn't they warn this guy to not smoking in these so-called non-smoking rooms???? So, what is actually the meaning of non smoking rooms in this 5 star hotel???
