Great experience!
Not easy to find cured and cared service like we found at Divan.
The staff very attentive made our experience .
Suphi and Umut have always been on top of anything needed and also the rest of the team and managers, especially Gültekin and Tekin, such of nice and attentive too!!
We went for dinner and atmosphere was just fantastic.
I will recommend it to visit again and again!

I had a wonderful stay at Divan Hotel in Mersin! The service was exceptional, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and elegant. Every detail was taken care of with great attention. Special thanks to the amazing team for making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mersin!

We stayed at this hotel for the weekend, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean and beautifully designed, with an excellent location. The staff was absolutely lovely – so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! ❤️

I would like to share my comment about SPA.
Firstly, It is very over price so if you are willing to pay this much amount, you are expecting to get good service which you will NOT get it. They sell the massage packages as a full body massage which I asked who can make strong massage too.She has zero power and making the massage with her finger bones and elbows which was very unpleasant. When i asked her to massage my lower back. She said they are not allowed to make massage to your lower back , hips etc and talk to receptionist. She was speaking good English and when it comes to the this situation, she says I don’t understand it. Secondly, the manager has talked with me and she was explaining that how massage can be done and underestimating me instead of apologizing or making it up. So I DO NOT recommend this place at all. Plus you have to pay extra for the pool as well.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant, and a big part of that was thanks to Muhammed. His service was exceptional—he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. He had great recommendations and was always ready with a warm smile. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and professional in customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend asking for Muhammed if you want top-notch service!

Divan spa was super nice the Turkish bath was different I would do research first if you’re American. Additionally great customer service, the masseuse was awesome a d the place is very clean and elegant! I would come here again and u highly recommend.

Great service, nice people, walking distance to promenade and shopping mall. We spent really nice weekend in this hotel. Breakfasts were great, and there are some really good wines at restaurant upstairs.

I want to first start with I appreciate each and everyone that works there. The professionalism and the attitude is above and beyond. Special thanks to the gentleman at the front desk at the over night shift on the days of our stay (07/8/2024 ). Everyone speaks English and provided complementary stuff that was great. The spa and massage was terrific. Definitely recommend and coming back one day.

Kaan and Ufuk (manager) are truly a gem! I am traveling with my mom and they made sure she was well taken care of. The service is SUPER. 5 stars! For hotel and their staff.

Nice restaurant at 14/F with full sea view.
Great staffs with great services.
Room is a little bit old, just a thin blanket and no comforter, so strange and this is what I don’t like. And air condition was down by 3 hours while I stay, in summer time, you can still imagine how bad it was.
