Fantastic stay at Mersin Hilton! The hotel is right by the sea, offering stunning views. The staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, including an amazing buffet. However, despite the temperature reaching 28-29°C, the rooms were still set to winter mode, so the air conditioning was not available. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended!

Good value for money, nice view from the room. During the high season, i recommend booking a room without breakfast because of the enormous number of people at the restaurant. Taking into consideration that the buffet is very rich and the service is exceptional.

The rooms are nice and very clean! Had a quick lunch in the hotel restaurant and Mustafa was great! So far my stay has been amazing!

All the staff are smiling, positive, positive. They offered and served everything we wanted before we even said it. The food was always fresh and delicious. The breakfast at Zest Bar, executive lounge, and Ichella restaurant was rich, open buffet, and the areas were always clean. They took all our care and showed great care for their little furry guests.
The fact that it is a pet-friendly business also won our appreciation. They always offer every flexibility and privilege they can in every matter.

The reason I deducted one point was the spa section, the steam bath in the women's section does not work and is very small, when there are 5 people inside, unfortunately there is not enough space. There was no towel. There was no drink. Finally, the massage by the Far Eastern lady was very enjoyable.

Recommend for business more so than pleasure with the luxury of taking a break and dipping in the pool. Service is awesome, staff is very kind and attentive. The area is not good if you're looking for a nice beach... I wish I never walked to the beach, it was easy enough to get to, I just wish I didn't because it was smelly, dirty, no lounge chairs and just weird... if you just want to hear the sea from your room, then awesome for that.

There is a bowling alley next door and some decent food places near by. Nothing directly on the sea. But does have a bike/walking pass on the sea if you can tolerate the smell in that area.

Well located for families, the pool and gym are very good.

I highly recommend Hilton Mersin to anyone who understands and wants to experience high calibre service. From the moment we walked in we were relieved and comforted in the knowing of being in a renowned Hotel. From the security at the front of the building, to the reception staff, to each and every person who works in the building (chefs, waiters, managers, front of house staff) provides the same calibre of service. Personal, professional, polite, warm, welcoming and I could go on and on. The ammentities are awesome, the pool, gym (is of good standard and quality equipment), the steam room and sauna. The buffet breakfast had a wide and various selection with amazing service. I cannot fault this hotel and it was an amazing stay after having a few rough experienced in Mersin in general. I would stay here again if I was to ever come back to Mersin. Thank you.
