I stayed at the hotel for 7 days. The hotel staff were very nice, especially Mr. Hamaza at the reception, who was quite helpful. The only complaint I could make was that the Internet connection was poor, but it improved significantly after I changed rooms.
My wife and I stayed her for Two nights while driving around Turkey. The Food, Room, service, amenities and massage was perfect. The only complaint I have is the Room was $99 a night but they Charged us $78 USD for one load of laundry. I recommend staying here but I also recommend do your laundry elsewhere . The best hotel in Aksaray. Excellent service, beautiful clean rooms, attentive staff and great location. Checkout the rooftop restaurant that has an amazing view and menu. Superb location next to many restaurants and vibrant cafes. If I'm ever in town I'm staying here. Highly recommend it!
Not so nice hotel,despite the nice view at the roof top, without swimming pool, and the lunch time could be 2 hours, not only one hour.. Waitors shouldn't take furiously dishes while we eat...the menu is nice but not at the lunch time..breakfast has a lot of choices...however the staff helped us ..especially reception staff..destination nothing special, aksaray nothing special..just a village into...

All hotel staff are so friendly. Location is super 👌 👍 because you walk out of the hotel and you are in the middle of a busy area full of restaurants and shops. City center is only 10 minutes walking. Rooms are very nice, spacious and nicely decorated and very relaxing. Food is tasty with plenty of choices. This hotel is the best in Aksaray.5/5

Incredible place to stay. New, clean and with an excellent Turkish breakfast. My room is enormous and the balcony overlooking volcanic mountains. Oh yeah!

Location could have been better but had hired a car so no problem for us. Staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable and well equipped. Highly recommend. Breakfast very good, car parking on site easy drive into main town. Would definitely stay again if in the area
Very new, very impressive hotel. Everything is very good. That is a bit of an understatement. Because! You need to come here for diner. The chef is amazing. This guy knows food and makes a party.

Not bad not good , i think that's good place if you want to eat or something , foods cheap end delicious and also be careful because this place too cold , you have to dress some thick clothes
A good hotel in small town Aksaray. They have rooms in main building and small cottages outside the main building. Room size is good, they got heater/blowers in rooms as Aksaray has continental climate. Buffet breakfast is limited but good enough to start a day. Language is barrier though as most of hotel staff does not speak or understand English.
Undoubtedly 5 plus. There is a hotel, McDonald's, Cafe, Restaurant, grocery stores and a boutique with men's clothing, a gas station, a pastry shop. The service is perfect, everything is clean and tidy.
Probably the best restroom I've seen in a roadside facility (not only Turkey but also Europe and US). Clean, spacious and beautiful.. Price:1 TL.

We are earthquake victims and they hosted us very well and the hotel provides an excellent service. You can come with your eyes closed.
The lobby invites you to stay. You will be greeted in a friendly manner and escorted to your room by reception. A coffee was brought to me in the beautifully furnished room. Everything is very clean. Unfortunately, there is no heating in the bathroom, but this is only a minor disadvantage. A small safe provides more security. Large windows give the view of Ortaköy and let a lot of light into the room...
It was more than enough. Gentleman and courteous staff, a hotel beyond perfect according to its location, I recommend it to everyone
It is truly an above standard hotel. The only thing missing is that the televisions are small. Rooms are clean. Morning breakfast is nice. The staff is understanding and friendly. Especially Mr. Halil at the reception helped me in every way. Thank you.

I stayed for two nights as I came for a very good hotel business. The staff are good friendly and helpful. The only shortcomings were the sockets in the room were a bit far from the beds so I couldn't play by phone in charge. I would recommend a good hotel based on price performance criteria.

Aksaray Liva Otel is a economical and clean hotel. We had a wonderful room that fit all five of us comfortably. No roll away or fold out couches we each had a bed. They had the best Turkish breakfast buffet that rivaled some of the best restaurants I have been to here in Turkey. My only downsides to this hotel is they did not except card and required cash only. Also the Wi-Fi cut in and out occasionally...

Comfortable and clean rooms, with very friendly staff. Unfortunately the WiFi didn't work very well for us in our room and was weak downstairs too. The breakfast was ok but nothing amazing. The air con in our room and jacuzzi settings on the bath unfortunately also didn't work. A bit of a disappointing stay all in all.
I stayed here in 2012 while I attended a conference. I like the breakfast so much. So far, the best breakfast I ever had in any hotel. The difference I noticed was the mount of super healthy food - such as honey and nuts - they had. The area has a lot of nice food outlets with tasty Turkish meals.
