The hotel was convenient, good location, 900 m to the bus station, staff was helpful solving any problems. Only one drawback was that it was quite loudly bc of a close location to a traffic road

It's called a four-star hotel, which is about the level of a domestic budget hotel. The sanitary conditions are okay, but the pillows are too high and it's not comfortable to sleep on.

Was delighted with my stay here, very modern design accompanied with great staff, very professional and friendly making my experience great. Would recommend to everyone if you have a visit nearby this place !!!! Lovely breakfast tooo !!!!

My room was wide and clean ,breakfeast is resonable, you can find good places near the hotel to eat dinner and drink coffe, i coulndt believe that their price it so cheep 120 TL, around 21$!

In city center and easy to find. At the evening time you can walk in the street and drink something.

A very nice place to spend a night or two, price is reasonable, room was clean and tidy although it was a bit small, but everything went well, staff are friendly, breakfast is good, and a clothing store, fuel station, restaurant and a market are very near.. Highly recommend for families

We are earthquake victims and they hosted us very well and the hotel provides an excellent service. You can come with your eyes closed.

The lobby invites you to stay. You will be greeted in a friendly manner and escorted to your room by reception. A coffee was brought to me in the beautifully furnished room. Everything is very clean. Unfortunately, there is no heating in the bathroom, but this is only a minor disadvantage. A small safe provides more security. Large windows give the view of Ortaköy and let a lot of light into the room...

It is truly an above standard hotel. The only thing missing is that the televisions are small. Rooms are clean. Morning breakfast is nice. The staff is understanding and friendly. Especially Mr. Halil at the reception helped me in every way. Thank you.

I stayed for two nights as I came for a very good hotel business. The staff are good friendly and helpful. The only shortcomings were the sockets in the room were a bit far from the beds so I couldn't play by phone in charge. I would recommend a good hotel based on price performance criteria.

Comfortable and clean rooms, with very friendly staff. Unfortunately the WiFi didn't work very well for us in our room and was weak downstairs too. The breakfast was ok but nothing amazing. The air con in our room and jacuzzi settings on the bath unfortunately also didn't work. A bit of a disappointing stay all in all.

I stayed here in 2012 while I attended a conference. I like the breakfast so much. So far, the best breakfast I ever had in any hotel. The difference I noticed was the mount of super healthy food - such as honey and nuts - they had. The area has a lot of nice food outlets with tasty Turkish meals.

I stayed at the hotel for 7 days. The hotel staff were very nice, especially Mr. Hamaza at the reception, who was quite helpful. The only complaint I could make was that the Internet connection was poor, but it improved significantly after I changed rooms.

My wife and I stayed her for Two nights while driving around Turkey. The Food, Room, service, amenities and massage was perfect. The only complaint I have is the Room was $99 a night but they Charged us $78 USD for one load of laundry. I recommend staying here but I also recommend do your laundry elsewhere . Nice, basic hotel to stay. Room was clean and complementaty water and mineral water welcome. Very nice breakfast. Staff helpful. Central location, parking available in the underground car park, but it is very narrow. The room was very nice, unfortunately the balcony was broken. The bathroom was very small but clean and adequate. We were there as a family with two adults and two small children and were very satisfied. I would book this hotel again.
