First of all compliments to the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. I wanted to suprise my girlfriend because of her birthday and they helped me perfectly. They also gave us great advise on local activities.
The room was very clean and the beds were amazing! The we couldn't hear the traffic outside.
The hotel's services were great. We stayed during the off-season so there weren't many people, but the swimming pool, gym and spa were still operating well which was great. Breakfast was good and diverse as well.
I 100% recommend this hotel!

It was absolutely amazing! I didn't know Turkey had these kind of hotels! The staff were very nice, they had pools, a gym, steam and sauna room, relaxing areas and my most favourite is the activity room when I told my parents that I was going to explore with my cousin we were somehow lost but one of the staff showed us around of what you can do here he was very nice I spent most of my time in the sauna room and the dining area had loads of great food! It was very tasty I would definitely recommend coming to this hotel

I was driving with my family when we booked the hotel on the way and it was amazing there was a indoor pool,spa,activity room,gyms You name it! The rooms were good but I got a small room bit on the phone you can call loads of services and most of all was the food it was so good and even the room packed things to make coffee and was a delightful experience it’s a little pricey for a hotel but I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone of you reading this!

My wife and I stayed her for Two nights while driving around Turkey. The Food, Room, service, amenities and massage was perfect. The only complaint I have is the Room was $99 a night but they Charged us $78 USD for one load of laundry. I recommend staying here but I also recommend do your laundry elsewhere . Also beautiful view of the city

I stayed at the hotel for 7 days. The hotel staff were very nice, especially Mr. Hamaza at the reception, who was quite helpful. The only complaint I could make was that the Internet connection was poor, but it improved significantly after I changed rooms.

Negativ: unfortunately the hotel is quite far out of town. The WiFi is sometimes quite weak.

The best hotel in the city. Service is excellent. Stuff is pleasant kind and really helpful. We are very grateful for Ahmet and Melisa for their help and assistance all the time. We will definitely return here and recommend this place

We went for the pool with no stay. We had called beforehand if there was a pool outside, in the open air and they told us that there is. We were supposed to be able to sunbathe and swim. When we came there was an inside pool. Yes with windows, but not outside. The kids got in the pool 10 minutes, but they were not enjoying it. We left within 15 minutes and the person working by the pool seemed not to care. We had to walk up to him and explain the situation, he told us okay miscommunication. He did not even try to come with a solution, so we left. At the reception they also did not seem to care and they did not even tell us goodbye. Very disappointed.
