The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is warm and welcoming. We had fun by the pool. However, the absence of an in-room phone was a major inconvenience—we had to step out every time we needed something. Housekeeping did the bare minimum. They didn’t vacuum the floors during our stay; only the towels and sheets were refreshed, leaving the room feeling unclean. Beautiful hotel but the service needs improvement.

The room is unfortunately stuffy and constantly dusty, one reason for this is the very old air conditioner. It cools itself and is very unhealthy. It needs to be renewed. Thank God it was the end of August and the weather was not very hot. Otherwise we would have had a hard time. The beds were very old, some of the covers were torn, the towels were also very worn and their colors had changed. The sockets were outside. It is a pity that the outside area is so nice but the inside is neglected. While there is a different service for the guests who are outside at breakfast, there is a somewhat forced service for their own guests, unfortunately when the employees are unhappy this business does not work.

We got a room in very poor conditions, the wall was peeling off and also there were some cracks and the shower head were green because of fungus. My girlfriend talked to the receptionist who said there wasn't another room available. Without knowing how to solve the problem, the receptionist called the owner/manager Figen and put my girlfriend on the line. For our surprise instead of listening the problem and come with a solution, the owner started being aggressive shouting and even said "Do whatever you want" before hanging up on my girlfriend.

It is necessary to write long things about this hotel and its owners, but in summary; A wonderful breakfast (the sour cream is crumbling), a decoration that makes you feel happy from the moment you enter, and hotel owners Figen and Erhan, who make you feel this beautiful energy... It was a great holiday for us... it was wonderful to spend the new year with a conversation by the stove. We would also like to thank Yakup and Nazire for their efforts and beautiful smiling faces. Before I forget, the owner of the hotel, dear Figen, is also an expert in the field of cosmic energy, and she gave us a session as a gesture in the crystal bed she had specially made for the hotel, we were like cotton when we left 😀

A quiet boutique hotel in 5 min walk from Alachati center. Nice, clean rooms. You should definitely try breakfast there, even if you are not staying at hotel

Only went for breakfast, but it was great. Very nice ambiance, and excellent food, much of it produced locally. The attentive service contributed to an overall relaxing and enjoyable experience.
