A beautiful hotel with friendly staff and a fantastic location. The breakfast is modest and the rooms are small, but this is balanced by the relatively low price. We really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed in this hotel for one night for catching the early ferry on the next day. A cozy hotel. I booked standard room. It was in decent size with small balcony. The room was clean and bright, well air conditioned. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Knowing that we had to leave early and not be able to take the breakfast at normal times, they purposely prepared breakfast for us earlier. Special thanks to Mr Selim and Mr Mehmet for their kind help. Very much appreciated. I recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The hotel is a little far from the core area, and it takes about ten minutes to walk, but it's only one minute to the beach. It's on a small hill, not high, and not tiring to walk, but the scenery is good, overlooking the Aegean Sea! The room is very neat, with everything available, breakfast is filling, and parking is very convenient, with its own parking lot! The small garden is very exquisite and has a swimming pool. The service is so-so, maybe it's because the boss is old.

We had a terrible stay at this hotel, to the point we were actually feeling happy to be leaving. Rooms are small, bathrooms and towels dirty, I felt disgusted taking a shower there. Acoustics in this hotel are the worst we have ever encountered and we stayed in many hotels in the past. You can hear everything, which isn't great in the middle of the night, we couldn't sleep as we could hear our neighbours steps sneezes and toilet sessions. Receptionists are not attentive and sneakily try to pocket more cash - we called before arriving and 5 times whilst in the hotel requesting a baby bed from them, it wasn't provided, in the end my husband just carried it himself to our room. The cleaning staff forgot to leave water and toilet paper in our room, when we asked for water, the young guy asked if we can pay in cash for what should be included in the service. And my all time favourite - they charged us 1000tl (£25/€30) for three omelettes, this is an insane price!!!! Obviously we weren't told about the price when we ordered it at the breakfast, they pretended it was free.
The only good thing about this hotel and that's free is its location.
At this price - all of this above makes it a really poor hotel. I stayed in better hostels.

Great location, you can walk to the nearby port and town area by a 5 walk. Hotel staff is friendly. Rooms are clean.

The overall environment and sanitation are good, but we didn't book a quadruple room at the beginning. We checked in with four children and were changed to a triple room, which charged 1500 liras more. The owner of the B&B really doesn't speak English well and it's impossible to communicate. It was a young tourist who helped translate and then changed the room. But it's nice to be able to walk 100 meters to a small beach.

Beautiful place, location is very good, without unnecessary noise. The room with sea view is beautiful. Some small things are missing, where to put a toothbrush and bathroom accessories. They do not bring necessary things to the room upon request, you had to go down. But in general, the design, the courtyard is very cozy.

I am glad i found this hotel in cesme. Very nice and clean hotel and good location. Mr Selim made me feel like I was at home. I will definitely come back here I am very satisfied
