Kidalyo Hotel - Special Category

Kidalyo is a small and lovingly restored but updated owner managed hotel. Quiet and far enough away from central tourist center but close enough to walk, and near excellent neighborhood restaurants and nice shops. The owner gave me excellent recommendations where to eat and visit. The sheets and towels were crisp and clean. Light breakfast is served and if you can’t find street parking, the otopark is very close-by. I absolutely loved my 3 night stay and heartily recommend your booking the sea view room if available.

This is a beautifully restored mansion far from the madding crowd on a peaceful street next to the sea. With just eight rooms, it exudes understated elegance and tranquility. The top floor rooms have lovely seaviews. Really good value boutique hotel managed by Mehmet Bey who is a kind and gracious host.

Great accomodation opportunity in the Center of Ayvalık in an 1890's stone and wooden house so beautifully renovated. 5 star comfort was guaranteed except a swimming pool. The team was always there for us. We will surely come back.

Clean and comfy hotel in city centre.

We had a wonderful stay in charming Hotel Kidalyo. Gently preserving the old deco details and yet with a fresh and up-to-date feel. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean .
Very helpful and kind staff .
The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

The room is beautiful, the hotel is lovely.
Very tastefully decorated with nice vintage furnishing details.
Everything is very clean.
The bed was very comfortable and there is a fridge in the room.
There is a relaxing little courtyard too.
The hotel owner and staff are very friendly and helpful and ready to answer any questions you may have.
Close to all amenities, the sea, restaurants and the old town.

The building has 3 floors with wood. Very good location, near the sea, friendly and helpful service. I never saw anywhere to send all the information about the city! They were sent after we had a reservation. It was really helpful. We've chosen the sea view room. Night and morning saw the beautiful view, it was really amazing. My boyfriend and I really love it! The rooms are clean and cozy. Thank you for everything!

We have stayed for almost two weeks in this property. Everything was perfect, from A to Z.
The location is perfect. It is calm and quiet around the building, and just a minute's walk takes you to the main street and the shopping area. It is very close to the bus stop and the ferry lines too.
The historical building is amazing. It has been restored but the authentic details have been kept. It is also kept very clean and neat and they have paid extra attention to the tasteful decoration of the interior.
We had a beautiful seaview, AC, a nice bathroom and a good working wifi in our room. Everything was working fine and our stay was very comfortable.
But what makes this place so unique and special, if you ask us, is the staff and their friendly dynamics in this establishment. They were very friendly, patient and helpful. They have made every effort to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. We have seen many interesting locations thanks to their advice and reccomendations. All in all we have had an unforgettable vacation.

First time in the city and based on reviews we picked this place. We arrived at 2 AM after 5 hour bus and the place was ready.

We had amazing stay, so we extended one more night. The sea view and the calm neighborhood in the center is a great combination. Lovely place and we recommend!

Perfect stay!

We only stayed 1 night,but even so, it was really nice.
The hotel is located in a old building but which was recuperated keeping some original, so now is really beautiful and with a lot of charm. Staff was really helpful and pleasent. Even not having breakfast they give us coffe or tea and some cookies in the morning.
We stayed on a sea view room and the sunset was beautiful seen from the room.

I've stayed together with my husband in this hotel for 4 nights and it was amazing. The hotel itself is an old stone house which was carefully renovated up to the smallest of details. The lamps, the furniture, the light switches and all the decorations matched perfectly and created a very historical and cozy atmosphere. We've booked the room with the sea view and the view is just breathtaking. The room was quite spacious, felt bigger than in the pictures, it was very, very clean and the air conditioning really helped with the hot summer nights.
The hotel is located in the center and you can reach restaurants, cafes, bars and shops by foot pretty fast. There is no parking available at the location, however just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel there are a lot of paid parking places (with prices from 15TL to 25TL per day) and the owner was extremely nice to send us all this information before we arrived.
There is no breakfast, however they are serving water, coffee, tea and some small pastries and muffins every morning. This was enough for us.
The owner was very nice and friendly and he was always making sure we are having a good time and we are not missing anything.
We felt very comfortable in this hotel and we highly recommend it.

Çok güzel restore edilmiş, şehrin merkezinde şirin mi şirin bir butik otel. Sahibi Mehmet bey, hoş sohbet ve işinin her daim başında. Odaların dekorasyonu gösterişsiz ama dikkat çekici. Kullanılan renkler, özel sipariş seramik aydınlatmalar, duvarlarda sıva ve dolayısıyla boya kullanılmamış olması...(elektrik anahtarlarını unutmamalı) Küçük odalarda dolap yok, askılıkla halledilmiş. Büyükçe odalarda dolap mevcut. Üst kattaki bazı odalarda deniz manzarası var. Oda fiyatları gayet makul. Makul tutabilmek için kahvaltı vermemeyi tercih etmişler. Ama sizi aç da bırakmıyorlar. Çayınızın yanında simit, lorlu poğaça ve tahinli çörek var. Ehh daha ne olsun. Ayvalık'a yolumuz düşerse yine tercih edeceğimiz bir otel olacak, zira aklımız Ada adlı odada.
