This was a very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious. Buffet at the restaurant was good. There was a snack hour with food and cay. They have wonderful pools and spas. It’s one of the best located hotels/resorts I’ve visited; really amazing atmosphere and the views are simply beautiful. Though, the rooms are not up to high standards, especially the bathroom is very small and not much space in the corner suite though. I’d definitely recommend it for quietness and relaxing atmosphere!

Fantastic place! Great atmosphere. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Food was incredible and the spas was beautiful. The bed was huge and and comfy too.

I have not tried the spa. The rooms are not sound proof so you can be woken up in the middle of the night. I gave service 2 because staff are laid back. This was the first hotel i ever stayed in where i had to ask for my roon to be cleaed.

Our group stayed 1 night at this hotel and it generally exceeded our expectation The room size is bigger than usual. The hospitality is good. The sauna and hammam are great. Unfortunately the steam was not hot enough. But the pool is pretty big The dinner and breakfast could be better

Hotel location is a bit remote from center and around the hotel there are some kind of emptynness, like it's abandoned... We stayed there for one night in beginning of May as a family. But most annoying was bed, two person bed..it was so soft, bad kind of soft, you literally can't move it's like a swamp suck you in... and heat...air conditioning system was close, but the air inside the room was so...

Food taste good, room is clean and spacious, our room have bathtub like jacuzzy outside the bathroom. Mall is nearby, reachable by walking.

Checked in 13th August 2024 Tuesday. No frills hotel without porter, we brought our own luggage to rooms ourselves. Rooms were above average and there was a local mall within walking distance of around 12 mins. Dinner and Breakfast was quite basic with limited variety. Also to note, cats were allowed to roam within the dining area.

When I arrived the rooms were ready. They welcomed us with turkish tea. I really appreciate Ms. Nigar in the reception, she made every thing easy during check in and check out.

Hotel room is quite clean and neat. However, the standard executive room space is rather smaller than most usual 4S hotel standard. Food is moderate and dissapointing especially the soup is taste-less.

The variety of cheese is amazing here, if you are a cheese lover you would love this place! the grill chicken was juicy too. room is very coz and nice.

Fell in love with its simple yet elegant interior. The cleanliness is also well-maintained. Our room's windows are facing a mountain which is beautiful at day or night. This hotel is located in a main road, but not the crowded one, so it's good. Only 10 mins walking distance to Mall 6:45.

Interior of this hotel is beautiful, lobby is clean . Staff help with the check-in and is professional. Rooms is in good condition, bed is clean and comfortable. There are extra pillows in the cabinet. Towels provided is clean and feels hygienic. 2 bottles of complimentary water provided which is important. During winter, the air conditioning is not available and switched to heater mode

I loved this place. It's unique and the baths in each room were incredible. Staff didn't speak English but we worked through the language barrier. Definitely worth a night or two visit.

A good hotel with clean common areas and rooms. They could improve it though. I didn't like their breakfast but the dinner was generally good. It has a place with very pleasant live music. The distance to the city center was about 20 minutes.

Absolutely loved my stay at Soylu Otel Bolu! The spacious rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast, included with the stay. Garbage cans work but dont open fully, but its not a big deal. Good prices, good toilet and bed is comfortable. AC is really good. (Freezer👍) breakfast is not perfect but still good! Overall, recommend

We were 2 families staying, 10 people in total, the staff were very accommodating and lovely. They helped us add an extra bed to some of the rooms as well. Overall, I would definitely visit again!

Stayed 5 nights. Warm hotel, great buffet breakfast. Bar was closed so if you wanted a drink it was in the restaurant. Hard beds. Noisy if your on the first and only non smoking floor. Noise is from the many tour groups passing through.

We stayed 3 nights and liked the hotel and staff especially. Its value for money and the staff is very helping. Washrooms need some work and there is some construction work going on which is why you can't open windows because room gets dusty.

Very clean Hotel and and a Service that exceeds Guest expectation. All Staff members were very attentive and helpful and made my family feel at home which had a 3 week stay. Simply outstanding. Thank you all again and we will be definitely back and recommend this accommodation.

Small hotel in Bolu which is a few hours away from Istanbul..... very quaint and purposeful.... room was clean, just no remote for the aircon and no instructions to use the safe

Such a nice, warm, and cozy place to stay, especially in the winter time in Bolu. The hotel looks old from the outside, but inside was clean and modern. Communication with the staff might be a little bit challenging, but they’re all very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time during our stay here.

We rented two family rooms with B/F in this hotel in July 2022, very friendly staff, the rooms are spacious. Beds are comfy, we had comfortable stay, in fact we extended for one more night. The rate we paid is reasonable. There is limited car parking space outside the hotel but the staff will help you park you car. Clean towels in the room.

We stayed here for 1 night and it was great. The hotel is cozy and calm, just a reminder that there is no (Air conditioning, fridge, snacks). Breakfast was amazing, plenty of options. Overall, would recommend!

We stayed for one night. Breakfast for 2 was pretty big. Room was clean. However, as we arrived they gave us a wrong room, it was pretty disappointing so we had to go again and ask for the room we booked because it was smaller and wasn't as on pictures.

Though we had to work remotely during our stay, we appreciated the free WiFi with passwords provided in our apartment, so we didn't need to ask. Check in was so easy and quick and the owner was very flexible about our arrival time. The breakfast was delicious and we were grateful to have enough space for the three of us along with our baby and dog in the room. My friend and I had a great stay over there even though we had arrived at a very late hour. The hosts are friendly and very welcoming. Our room was so clean, teddy and huge enough to accommodate 5 persons. There were a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. The breakfast was so delicious and the breakfast area has a view to the garden. The prices are fare as well comparing to the other hotels and camping...
