It’s one of the best located hotels/resorts I’ve visited; really amazing atmosphere and the views are simply beautiful. Though, the rooms are not up to high standards, especially the bathroom is very small and not much space in the corner suite though. I’d definitely recommend it for quietness and relaxing atmosphere!

One of best place for health tourism in bolu turkey

I have not tried the spa. The rooms are not sound proof so you can be woken up in the middle of the night. I gave service 2 because staff are laid back. This was the first hotel i ever stayed in where i had to ask for my roon to be cleaed.

Out of expectation for 4-star hotel. Clean, big and nice looking room

The staff were friendly, the bell captain was helpful, the hotel is clean, the room was spacious, the bed was very soft and uncomfortable, the pillows were of very bad quality, the toilet was spacious and good, the room next to us was noisy, we could hear people talking loudly at night, the staff in breakfast hall were not friendly and never helped or asked if we need help, the food variety were limited...

Strange?!? The hotel front desk controls the AC IN YOUR ROOM. Staff are limited in communication, they only speak native language.

The hotel was good in terms of cleanliness, breakfast and comfort. But the shower needs maintenance.

I loved this place. It's unique and the baths in each room were incredible. Staff didn't speak English but we worked through the language barrier. Definitely worth a night or two visit.

My visit was in covid-19 time, and we stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. It a swimming pool with hot water that used for physical treatment, the water come from mountain that contain special elements to treat bones and skin.

Checked in 13th August 2024 Tuesday. No frills hotel without porter, we brought our own luggage to rooms ourselves. Rooms were above average and there was a local mall within walking distance of around 12 mins. Dinner and Breakfast was quite basic with limited variety. Also to note, cats were allowed to roam within the dining area.

When I arrived the rooms were ready. They welcomed us with turkish tea. I really appreciate Ms. Nigar in the reception, she made every thing easy during check in and check out.

Hotel room is quite clean and neat. However, the standard executive room space is rather smaller than most usual 4S hotel standard. Food is moderate and dissapointing especially the soup is taste-less.

A good hotel with clean common areas and rooms. They could improve it though. I didn't like their breakfast but the dinner was generally good. It has a place with very pleasant live music. The distance to the city center was about 20 minutes.

Absolutely loved my stay at Soylu Otel Bolu! The spacious rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast, included with the stay. Garbage cans work but dont open fully, but its not a big deal. Good prices, good toilet and bed is comfortable. AC is really good. (Freezer👍) breakfast is not perfect but still good! Overall, recommend

We were 2 families staying, 10 people in total, the staff were very accommodating and lovely. They helped us add an extra bed to some of the rooms as well. Overall, I would definitely visit again!

Internet ist as slow as the only elevator. Rooms are old but clean.
