I agree with most of the comments before me that say that the hotel is very outdated. It certainly needs an urgent renovation. Last time it was renovated was in 2011 and most of the furniture in the hotel is from when they opened the hotel back in 1999. Having said this, service and staff are excellent, quality of the buffet breakfast and dinner are very good and the views from the pools area is amazing...

This an extremely beautiful location very close to being unnatural and the infrastructure is reasonably good and well maintained. However, can you believe that very few of the staff speak English including the reception. If the guy who speaks English is not around in the reception, you need to prepare yourself for a new experience 😄

The cutest boutique hotel I have stayed. Hygiene measures taken for Covid 19 are at the highest level. Especially the kitchen is very successful. Personnel interest and especially the management approach is great. I can't even comment on breakfast. It was an excellent experience.

This is my first time here and i liked the place.Hotel staff is very polite and they help and guide one to the fullest.Food is sumptuous and healthy and ones find detoxing water at breakfast.Plus it's a thermal hotel providing many inside and outside pools to relax.I had a wonderful stay here.
