The luggage was almost lost by Pegasus Airlines, so we asked them to retrieve it and send it to the hotel. The hotel was generally nice, but it felt neglected and there were some shortcomings. For example, there was a table tennis table but no rackets or balls, and a billiard table but no cues. The waterslide was closed most of the time for various reasons. In addition, some of the toilets were often dirty and seemed as if they were never cleaned.

Everything was good in relation to the price paid. Pool is clean, but the ocean is dirty when the weather is windy. But be careful, this is definitely not a four star hotel, three stars at best.

Higher-end establishment with nice employees. Limited English spoken. No fee for beds, but minimal spend of 500tl per person ex service. Online menu but no wifi. Comfortable beds and clear sea. Late in the afternoon, the sea got really murky though. Valet parking but against a (modest) fee.

Hotel and lounging area appears to be under construction, called ahead to see if we could get a day pass and I was told it would be 150tl per person but when I got there was a great deal of noise and construction and the whole thing was pretty inaccessible

My wife and I had our excursion to Ephesus cancelled, and the owner of Eflin Haus and his wife helped us rent a car and took us to all the places the tour trip was going on a personal tour. Lovely hotel experience! Drinks by the beach were delicious and speedy. When my wife and I got a couples massage at the Dulcis spa, the attendants Sümeyra and Özge were especially friendly and helpful in navigating all the options at the spa (thermal pools, steam rooms, relaxation rooms, and a plethora of massage options). The hotel is in the nice area called "Ilıca Beach" and the location is very good. Price-wise, the hotel was expensive especially at the beach facilities for example a bottle of beer (33cl) was 500₺. We booked a superior room for three people. But unfortunately there was only one kingsize bed and one rollaway bed. two of us had to sleep on the kingsize bed.
