Great location with free parking and best buffet breakfast. The staff were exceptionally professional, warm, and attentive. This hotel feels more like Hawaii then Turkey absolutely stunning views of the sea from sea view room.

Food variety was great and good quality. Cleanliness is pretty good. Hotel has its own private beach and the water is so clean , clear and mostly calm to swim.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have any complaints during our stay. Highly recommend Çesme Ontur Hotel.
The breakfast is big and with a lot of variation, the fruit very fresh, eggs made on the spot, a lot of pastries and salads to choose from. The dinner is equally great.
The pools are unbelievable. Such a fun slide and the water is at a perfect temperature.
The beach is unreal. You can take the elevator or the stairs to get to the beach, and then you have several options for beach chairs or beach beds.
The bar is amazing for lunch or snacks, and the drinks are very well served.
Finally, the staff is 5 stars. Always so helpful and ready to get you anything you need. The rooms were cleaned every day, and they were always in perfect condition, super comfortable.
I recommend this hotel 100%. Thank you for this experience.
Having said this, service and staff are excellent, quality of the buffet breakfast and dinner are very good and the views from the pools area is amazing. The beach is small but was not crowded so we had always the opportunity to use the chairs for free.

Beautifully located hotel, clean and perfectly organized with extremely friendly staff. Travelling with family, we enjoyed the extensive recreation and entertainment facilities, the variety of Restaurants & Bars, and the SPA. Our room was spacious, perfectly clean with all amenities which all together made our stay a memorable one.

However, can you believe that very few of the staff speak English including the reception. If the guy who speaks English is not around in the reception, you need to prepare yourself for a new experience 😄
