It’s the best thermal hotel in Turkey, the room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was young and helpful. You can find all you want at the breakfast, tea time and dinner buffets. I recommend to everyone who needs a relaxing time with friends, or family. Thank you for this experience!

We requested changes to our room and they were helpful especially Umit bey were very helpful thanks to him. The room is spacious and clean. The food was delicious. I recommend it to those whose looking for quietness and calmness. Nice gateway.

Delicious Food! Very nice spa facilities. My favorite was the salt room. There's a men's and women's side but also a mixed pool. İf you want to do a Turkish Bath with your partner of the opposite sex you need to book a family Turkish Bath room. Highly recommend. My husband and I did and it's 85₺ for 1h and 125₺ for 1.5h. So good I liked everything about it the water the people the food and the room were very clean and nice they have an open büfe for food you can eat as much as you wish to.

Accesibility is good. Open air pool is great, especially for a winter night. open buffe is enough since people tend to waste too much food. massage is not a massage. No need to try. Some parts of the hotel are worn out. do not not expect new towel.

The hotel is in the center, the location is very short distance from the attractions. For example, we were able to walk to Germiyan Street in 10 minutes with my 6-year-old son. They gave a room with three beds for 2 adults and a child, it was quite big, clean room. There was water for three people in their mini-cupboards. Such a nice hotel in a great location The staff is friendly and helpful, even-though I didn’t speak Turkish they still found a way to communicate and help me out. The room needed minor repairs but nothing serious, I myself didn’t ask for anything

I stayed twice at this hotel in December 2023 for business , I’d recommend this hotel overall. The entrance is at R level, car park -2 level, then you go to L level and up for room floors. The location is very central.

Over the past few years, I have stayed in many different Hilton hotels in Turkey. This by far is one of the best ones all around. It has the best customer service. The staff and management is incredibly helpful and polite. They have recently renovated, and it just looks very good.

It is a hotel whose price is constantly increasing in TL but always remains at the same price on dollar basis. It used to cost between 25-27 dollars per night in September, and now it's the same. As soon as the dollar increases by 12 TL, the hotel also gets a raise. If we do not count the price, it is fine, I went to the hotel many times and had no problems. Pls be careful while using the elevator, you may see the every floor's foundation :D Beside this, the room service is fine and clean rooms. Qtahya pub is dont like the guest from the hotel! Serioulsy they have offered me to send my orders to my room but they want let me in the pub. After all of this, pls choose if you only want to chill out in your hotel room. But you cannot use the pubs etc.

I like their service so much, the room is so clean, price was cheap, I slept so comfortable without any disturb, I would like to come back there again, just breakfast is not something you would like to try.

Very decent hotel, a bit old furniture but up and top friendly and hospitality. I wanted to leave without having breakfast because the restaurant was very crowded so they suggested my to bring my meal to the lobby. Remarkable!!

I was driving to Antalya from Istanbul,I stated kutahya 1 night.My room was ok and the staff was very friendly and helpfull and I did not pay much.I can recommend you to stay this Hotel.
