The hotel is stunning, elegant, and truly remarkable. Everything about it is exceptional, and the service exceeds all expectations.

I stayed twice at this hotel in December 2023 for business , I’d recommend this hotel overall. The entrance is at R level, car park -2 level, then you go to L level and up for room floors. The location is very central.

It's 02.12 in the morning. I am in my room trying to sleep but there is a night club next to the hotel very noisy. It is impossible to sleep. When l called the reception the guy told me it may last until 00.30 or 01.00 latest..he offered me a room at the other side of the building with two single beds. We are here as a family..the nightclub has the permit from the municipality so the hotel management can not complain. So if your intension is to sleep at night do not come to this hotel...now its 02.22 and the music is still going on..l guess you got the point...

By 02.48 in the morning they offered a new room. A cancelation at 02.40 am.. not a no show but cancelation..sure...

I was having a reservation for one night with special request in high floor when I reach the hotel the girl in the reciption gave me a room in the second floor it wasn't the worst room in the hotel but it wasn't good one although I tell her to give me a one. in a high floor but she said no rooms available in the high floor, as well as no gust amenities at all were in the room only towels .
As for me as it's very important to achieve my special request as a regular gust for Hilton brand.
I think I'll not repeat the my visit.

A very great service, i lost my bag in zafir airport, and when i arrived to the hotel, i informed them and they did their best to get my bag back and at the end they did, they helped me in different things just ask them and they will be so happy to help you!! Much love to all of the hilton garden inn kutahya team 🫶🏻

they are improving their service. Much more clean rooms now and the personnel are continously cleaning surfaces

Over the past few years, I have stayed in many different Hilton hotels in Turkey. This by far is one of the best ones all around. It has the best customer service. The staff and management is incredibly helpful and polite. They have recently renovated, and it just looks very good.
