The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff were gracious and had excellent English. We were provided with all the necessary information and recommendations to make our trip in the area amazing. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotels we stayed in while touring the east of the country. The rooms are new, clean, well appointed and some have a balcony with a good view of Ararat. Above all, the owners are very kind and knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel. Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms, in a modern style. Highly professional, welcoming, and helpful staff. Great mattress on the bed; I slept wonderfully. Perfectly functional 2* hotel located a long walk or a short taxi ride from Doğubayazit centre. Used before and after a Mt Ararat climb. Reception and staff were very helpful. Despite a varied dinner menu, only 4 or 5 dishes were actually available from it. So the choice was limited. The food quality was OK though. Breakfast was pretty average though. We have searched a lot in Dogubayazit and we will find the Ertur Hotel the best one in the city. Although the rooms and food could be more better, we enjoyed our stay there a lot.

Location was easy to get to as I navigated from the center of Doğubeyazıt. It is well maintained. It reminds me of a Turkish style mountain town inn like those I've been to in parts of Europe and North America. The views of Mt Ararat in the background makes up the ambience of the hotel. Clean and comfy Hotel, good base if you are hungry to summit Ararat. You can see the mountain from your window and the parking lot.

The hotel looks brand new. The room is clean and functional. Our double beds were slightly smaller than average so if you are a couple this might not work for you. It's possible that they had other beds so make sure you ask just in case. The only thing to be aware of is that at the moment of paying the card machine was out of order, the price was 50tl higher than the one advertised on the website...

The hotel was brand new the breakfast was amazing but the personnel exceeded our expectations with their kindness. I will gladly stay again in this hotel and recommend it to my friends. Parking space is enormous in front of the hotel and our motorcycles were safe guarded in front of the reception

First of all, it's definitely a family atmosphere, the owner of the hotel, Hanfi, is a unique person, the hotel manager Metin, an incredible, terrific person, extremely helpful, although he is new, I think it is perfect for the region.

We stayed on our Dogubeyazit trip. It's a new hotel. The rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly and interested. The breakfast is also good. Only there was no air conditioning, it is not very hot in summer nights.. generally positive price can be said to be normal.

It is a great hotel in terms of cleanliness, it has shortcomings because it is new. There is no shower cabin, the whole bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, and your feet get wet when you enter the sink. Also there is no air conditioning, the weather was extremely hot when I stayed, I expected air conditioning. Other than that the service is good.
