Overall very good with excellent service. Parking was a little chaotic but other than that - absolutely fine and recommended.

Nice warm welcome;centrally located ;very neat and clean, sumptuous breakfast and lunch collect service . Very good value for money . The pick was their free welcome cookie. We purchased 5 more as they were emeralds yummy cookies .will love to stay again

The hotel is huge. To get to your room requires quite some walking in long corridors and then wait for the elevator which is small. It is interesting how they provide only one room key to a group of five people. The management should think of offering guests more than one room key.
Our appartment had two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. There was only one air conditioner that was placed in the living room which made it very inconvenient for the two bedrooms to get cooled down. It was very hot in July.
The fridge was not working, it was not cooling down the drinks that we kept there. We called reception to tell them, but they didn't do much. Plus, some staff didn't speak sufficient English.
The breakfast was wonderful.
Parking is free.
The hotel is far from the historic center so you need to drive.

great breakfast buffet with big variety... good reasonably priced place to stay if you go to Edirne.. 2nd capital of Ottoman empire

- Price performance is great
- Clean hotel with nice staff
- Outside parking spaces
- Breakfast package was great (we left early. The staff prepared a breakfast package for us after we were told. Great service
- Check in and check out were very quick
- Room facilities for the hotel category are really great

Negative:
- I found the pillows horrible. Plastic filling, so sweating was inevitable. In addition, they were not comfortable
- Climate exactly above the bed is not particularly well solved. If you turn it on you will freeze while sleeping, if you turn it off it will get too warm.
Result:
- top hotel at a really top price including breakfast
- Rooms a bit small but nicely furnished.
