ACR PALAS Hotel

This wonderful otel is 2 star rating. It was far better than any 5 star I’ve stayed in for a long time. Super friendly, very clean, comfortable with a very fresh breakfast. Perfect location. Will highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

They have their own parking place.

Small boutique hotel in close proximity to Edirne’s downtown, easy to find on maps.

Rooms and common areas are clean, rooms were also soundproof enough so there was no sound from other guests or hallways during the night. There is tea, Nescafé and water in the rooms which is very convenient. There is free parking available next to the hotel which also is a plus if you drive by. Great location to walk on foot in the downtown but might be a bit of a struggle to drive to locations in the other parts of the city depending on the time of the day/week (like Margi Outlet, Karaagac, etc.) due to heavy traffic on weekends.

The breakfast saloon is on the top floor of the building and offers great views to Edirne. The breakfast was modest compared to other hotels we stayed in Edirne. You would not leave hungry, don’t worry, it’s just the traditional Turkish breakfast variety that it lacks - for example, there were no fruits at all, veggies - only cucumber, tomato, parsley, two kinds of olives, two kinds of breads (white and whole grain), protein sources - boiled eggs (there were only two or three left at 8:40am - breakfast is till 10 am), one kind of white and yellow cheese, one kind of salami. There were some prepackaged jams, honey, tahini, and butter. Coffee - Nescafé only, with powdered milk. Chai - plenty as always. And, of course water from the cooler. And, pretty much that was it. As I said - you won’t be hungry but if you are used to having rich, diversified breakfast in the morning - perhaps look for another place or, if you want to experience traditional Turkish breakfast with your family - book at one of the breakfast salons in Edirne.

Overall, good value for the money. Personnel was kind and helpful, too. So the only minor downside is breakfast. Breakfast could be better - we’ve had better for less or similar amount paid in other hotels in Edirne and other locations in Turkey. At least - some seasonal fruits could be added.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The location is great, is very near to the center. The room was clean. The only thing I didn't like is that we didn't have any view from the window and the room was dark without sunlight 🙂

Comparing to it's price very nice place. Staffs are helpful, very central, clean and quite place. Breakfast is not the best one but it's really okay -offers almost same with other hotels.

Great hotel in the heart of Edirne. Clean, friendly and helpful stuff, good breakfast with a very nice city view. Free parking. Cheap prices. Really good choice!
