Perfect location next to the shopping mall (walking distance), very big underground parking with EV charging facilities, nice and clean rooms. Everything was perfect during our stay. The restaurant in the hotel is very very good! Definitely will come again.

The hotel is cheap and poor with very big prices. Rooms are big but they look cold and strange without proper design and facilities. Bath was old, smelly and dirty, with the cheapest possible furniture. Breakfast is poor with only few ok products to eat. Location might be central but there was no view. Won't recommend this hotel. Aliba is a better choice (with other problems but without the cheap and cold feeling).

One of the few 5 stars worth hotels, rooms are very clean, lots of safe parking spots but main contributor to the 5 stars is definitely the hotel staff. The most friendly and caring staff at a hotel I've ever been. It was my first stay at The plaza Edirne, definitely won't be my last one. Looking forward to my next visit!

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone especially guests with special needs or health problems. I want a clean and quiet room. The receptionist didn't change our room to a standard, quiet one and didn't even have the courtesy to say sorry for the disturbance. Unprofessional approach to guests is unacceptable. €100 per night the accessible room is on the ground floor, cold, window over a meter high, inaccessible; both sides of the room are staff storage rooms so you constant hear them, loud doors even after midnight. Impossible to sleep.

The main problem is the air condition. It is working either in cold or hot mode. You could not select it since it depends on the predefine settings. This is really strange for a hotel that pretend for 4 stars. Another issues are some small troubles in the room. More attention to the small details in the room would rise the overall impression for sure. On the opposite, location, parking, breakfast are great. Staff is so so, depends on the particular crew member. In general, for this price air condition and rooms should be improved.

Beautiful hotel, very stylish and modern
The room was spacious and clean as well as the bathroom. At night it was very quiet and I had a great sleep.
The staff was really nice and helpful.
I enjoyed the free WiFi and parking.
The breakfast was varied and super fresh.
Definitely recommend !

Hotel in Edirne. Well placed, next to the mall. 3 minutes drive from city center. Warmly hosted from reception, excellently served from restaurant personel. Rich variety at breakfast. Free parking, easy acces everywhere inside the hotel. Warm and clean room for couples and families. Close to marketplaces and entertainment centers.

We had such a very pleasant stay in this hotel during our trip to Edirne. Parking is provided by the hotel. Room is comfortable and very clean. Great breakfast too. We would like to give many thanks to the staff for their excellent service especially to Meltem and Urunjan (Apologies if I did not get their names right) for helping us to get our flat tire replaced in time.
