Very poor level of customer service, with a ridiculous level of ignorance and no common sense.

Travelling by bicycle, at checkin the receptionist insisted that I was to leave a €2000 touring bicycle out in the street overnight. Nowhere in the large multi story hotel could he think of a place that it could be kept securely inside, and insisted it was totally plausible that it should be left outside.

He obviously needs more training, although common sense cannot be taught.

The hotel is very close to the city center and provides free parking. The staff is very helpful. They speak English and Bulgarian and they are very friendly. Nice and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Great value for the price paid. Easy communication when booking. Highly recommended place.

Disaster! We were there in February and everything was fine. We decided to stay again in the hotel but for our surprise, it was a disaster. The whole room was filled with smoke and the smell was disgusting, as well as the towels, they were smelly. The bathroom was full with mold, literally everywhere. The shower was leaking and its stand was broken and it was impossible to adjust it. The handle of the window was broken and its closing was an adventure. The sockets were full with dirt, the bed was uncomfortable. We will never stay again an this pit…

Excellent! We stayed for the weekend and we are gladly amazed! The interior is modern and comfortable, the rooms are very clean and cozy, and the staff is friendly and always at hand! Some of them even speak Bulgarian and are ready to help you with directions at the city!
The location of the hotel is just 10/10! Really close to the centre and provides parking!
