Brilliant stay with very kind owners who went above and beyond to help me sort my bike out before a flight. Good breakfast, great location and clean rooms with wi-fi. Excellent place to catch up on work and rest after a long cycle across Europe.

Simple but good value hotel in good, central location, near the baker market. Staff is helpful. A good solution for a stay in Erzurum city.

Wonderful hotel, with welcoming owners! It was perfect place to rest for 2 nights on our around the world bicycle tour. Great value and location with lots of shops nearby. We were able to safely store two bikes in the lobby 😄 breakfast is vegan/vegetarian friendly.

The hotel is perfectly fine. Has everything you need as well as very friendly staff. We stayed in a twin room and had a good nights sleep. The room and bathroom were very clean. The internet was surprisingly very good.

We stayed only for one night because our main destination was Rize. The cheap price and the good reviews on Google caught my attention! I LOVED that the bedsheets and rooms were very clean and that the hotel was sooo close to all the historical places . The staff was friendly, breakfast was simple, very convenient when considering the price! I highly recommend this place!

Decent place to crash for a night. Rooms were extremely basic, no fridge, and the hot shower barely worked. Breakfast passable (typical Turkish fare).

Great value Hotel. The owner apologised that only a room on th e3rd floor was available and carried my bags up. I didn't mind at all.
It has everything you would expect at this level. Good breakfast, clean towels, good enough bed.
My room was facing a wall of the next house - good enough for me for fresh air.
They were happy to store my bicycle in the lobby.

Perfect hotel to explore Erzurum during three days. From the pictures I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the room and common spaces were very clean and well maintained. Great location & calm. Breakfast is good and staff is helpful. For the price, this is really a gem! Definitely recommend.

Excellent value! This is a very clean, basic hotel close to some of the attractions of the city of Ezurum. As two women travellers, we felt secure and at ease in both the city and Otel Çinar. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The owner is such a kind man with a lovely smile :)
