Polat is a great hotel to stay at. I stayed for work and snowboarding. Everything was handy - transfer to the big mountain and rental equipment. Fantastic service, aspecially Emre Kök from reception was so considerate and professional and super helpful in all situations. I recommend for all Polat solo and family travellers!

We had an incredible weekend here. The hotel is like brand new. It is very clean. The rooms are luxurious. Service is amazing. Staff are very nice and friendly. Everyone has a big laughter on their face. Food is incredible. Every day, i had the time of my life. Spa service is perfect. Many options. Best kids club I have seen in a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. A must visit.

This place is one of the best ski resorts in Erzurum. It has private ski slopes, a simple design, clean rooms and the slopes are open at night! I personally think that this place deserves 5 stars.

We stayed for the weekend during the 2024 semester break. Palandöken is not as busy as other ski resorts, but it had its own density, but we were able to easily benefit from all the hotel's facilities. It is one of the most famous/quality hotels in Palandöken. They offer everything they promise. So you can choose it with peace of mind.

This hotel is very close to the ski slopes and a shuttle brings and takes you when ever you want. The staff is very friendly, helpful and hospitable. Best Ski experience anyone can ask for. Direct access to great ski. The facilities are amazing especially the gym, Adem is great and his ability to speak English well is a great asset for someone like myself who doesn’t speak Turkish.

It is one of the best ski hotels with its view, aesthetic structure, beauty of the slopes and forest areas.

It is a nice new hotel where you can go with your family and the facilities are good in terms of price and performance. However, there are some deficiencies in heating the rooms. Apart from that, the staff and facilities are very good, thank you.

There was a room reservation problem. Although I booked 2 separate rooms, only one room was booked. The problem was solved and then the room type I selected was not set up. The service was not good, it was just clean.

Pleasantly surprised, reception very welcoming, explained everything, asked for a room overlooking the street as our vehicle was too high for their garage, no problem, room was a little dated but for the space and price good, very good evening meal, quite night and comfortable, great variety for breakfast. Nice place near Erzurum. Food is ok. Room is a little bit old and fine for Turkish standards, a little bit warmer than usual. The reception is very helpful. It’s a classic Turkish hotel. Don’t expect Hilton standards 😉
