I recently had the pleasure of staying at tasigo, and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated with top-notch amenities. The pools were spectacular, especially the therapy pool, ice pool, and salt salon, which provided unique and rejuvenating experiences.

The on-site restaurant was another highlight, offering delicious meals with a diverse menu and an outstanding breakfast buffet. Overall, the combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, excellent pool and spa facilities, and a great restaurant made for an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend it for a truly exceptional experience.

There were two negative points in my opinion, which I feel I must mention. Firstly, as a five-star hotel, I believe that toiletries should be free of charge. Although the hotel provided unlimited hot and cold water, items such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were not complimentary. Secondly, we had an issue with one of the staff members who was exceptionally rude and angry, which other guests also noticed and complained about during breakfast. I informed the manager after breakfast, and they assured me they would address it, but the incident significantly disrupted the tranquility of our meal.

Update: Manager Ercan finally helped us move to a new set of rooms with A/C. He had no idea I had been calling for 6 hours with no one calling me back. After that the stay was lovely. Hope the hotel staff become better at elevating problems to solve them, instead of hoping they go away.

We arrived at 2:45pm and had two rooms booked as we are a family of 5. Neither of our rooms was ready and we were asked to wait for 30min. After waiting for 45min one of our rooms was ready. We went to our room and waited another 45min for our second room to be ready. Our reservation said check in is at 2pm and we arrived 45min after check in time and still we were asked to wait a total of 1.5hours before our rooms were both ready. We decided to go to the "thermal pool" which was just a normal heated pool...not real thermal water...only to find out that because we had a 6 year old child we had to leave her sitting outside even though we promised we wouldn't let her inside the pool...they wouldn't budge..just kept shaking their heads at us...NO ONE IN THIS HOTEL SPEAKS MUCH ENGLISH...so expect to have people shaking their heads at you...I'm leaving this review and I've only been here for 3 hours...I'm sure there will be many more surprises

The room was clean and comfy... All the staff are friendly especially the waitress at the breakfast restaurant. The indoor pool which they said with warm water for us was not warm enough. The thermal pool was clean and the jacuzzi was good 👍👍 Would love to be here again 🌸

Excelent experience, as usual.

The design of the hotel is breath taking, every time that I arrive there.

This hotel comes with a lot of extras and optionals and I'll name a few:

Big rooms. Pleasant design. All rooms come with cosy terrace.
They have 2 sinks which is a nice extra.

Spa has plenty of saunas and 2 indoor hot thermal pools that you havevto try.

Massage personal is just ok. 7/10.

The swimming pool is fairly decent.

Lobby is the main attraction with its impressive size and height.

Overall, Tasigo is an experience all together that I do recommend to anyone.
