A fine hotel in Eskişehir very well-located with a shopping mall, ample car parking, and a variety of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is well maintained, and rooms are very well furnished. Staff are professional and kind. We booked 2 rooms, and got one large suite. There is one restaurant on-site. Close to the hotel is a large open area for car parking. They accept cash and card payment.

Rooms are spacious, the shower isn’t crowded or small, everything is very clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful, they gave very clear instructions on how to navigate around the city. Also, the patisserie on ground level is gorgeous, perfect for couple photos.

Just returned home following 10 nights at this excellent hotel. Service was always prompt and courteous regardless of which staff. From the reception desk to the bar/restaurant and the room service everyone was helpful. Tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The location is in an amazing place. The rooms are clean. The tram is right in front of the hotel and you can reach anywhere in the city by tram, you don't even need to use your car. I would prefer to come again, but this time without breakfast. Breakfast should be improved a bit

First, I called this 3rd hotel because of the receptionists who made me cancel the first 2 hotels I called. The female staff at the reception were really helpful for my children and resolved my concerns. The hotel is clean, friendly reception, has a parking lot, is in a central location, my friends I recommended were also satisfied.

There is no sound insulation in the rooms. In the next room, television is watched non-stop until late hours. All sounds echo inside my room.
