A fine hotel in Eskişehir very well-located with a shopping mall, ample car parking, and a variety of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is well maintained, and rooms are very well furnished. Staff are professional and kind. We booked 2 rooms, and got one large suite. There is one restaurant on-site. Close to the hotel is a large open area for car parking. They accept cash and card payment.

Rooms are spacious, the shower isn’t crowded or small, everything is very clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful, they gave very clear instructions on how to navigate around the city. Also, the patisserie on ground level is gorgeous, perfect for couple photos.

From the reception desk to the bar/restaurant and the room service everyone was helpful. Tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. First, I called this 3rd hotel because of the receptionists who made me cancel the first 2 hotels I called. The female staff at the reception were really helpful for my children and resolved my concerns.
