Update: Manager Ercan finally helped us move to a new set of rooms with A/C. He had no idea I had been calling for 6 hours with no one calling me back. After that the stay was lovely. Hope the hotel staff become better at elevating problems to solve them, instead of hoping they go away.

A fine hotel in Eskişehir very well-located with a shopping mall, ample car parking, and a variety of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is well maintained, and rooms are very well furnished. Staff are professional and kind. We booked 2 rooms, and got one large suite. There is one restaurant on-site. Close to the hotel is a large open area for car parking. They accept cash and card payment.

Rooms are spacious, the shower isn’t crowded or small, everything is very clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful, they gave very clear instructions on how to navigate around the city. Also, the patisserie on ground level is gorgeous, perfect for couple photos.

FITNESS AND POOL COST EXTRA! 500 TL (~13 EUR as of today) per person per day is required to be able to use these very standard four star hotel amenities. The rest are in par with the standards, decent sized rooms, comfortable beds and good breakfast.

Hotel is rather good: clean rooms, good wifi, big bathroom. Breakfast was rather poor though: just vegetables, cheeses and pastries, no eggs (theoretically there us, but for extra pay), no porridge. Staff is nice, but requires additional training: they didn't offer welcome drinks, though we were elegible for them, so we had to ask.

This is a great place almost at city center, but don't reserve your room from hotel since online offered almost half price per night. We have a pet, of course it mentioned this is pet friendly hotel but they charged 50 USD for pet.

Just returned home following 10 nights at this excellent hotel. Service was always prompt and courteous regardless of which staff. From the reception desk to the bar/restaurant and the room service everyone was helpful. Tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Eskisehir was great to visit and I highly recommend staying at the Hilton Garden Inn!!

The hotel itself is good, located in central Eskişehir and most attractions are within few steps away. Due to its location, it is noisy at night especially if your room faces back of the hotel. Try to get a room on the street side. 8th floor is not wheelchair accessible. The elevator goes up until 7th floor and you need to climb stairs after. The location of the hotel is very good and central. The only disadvantage of the location is it is opposite to tepebaşı police department. The open buffet breakfast was very satisfactory and varied. The bathroom and toilet were small and cramped. The first night the heaters were not lit and we werea little cold. However the hotel staff was very concerned and solution-oriented.
