I visited here in May with my husband and came back again in September with my friend as I loved it that much ! What a gorgeous almost boutique style place ..it's everything and more! Very clean, beautiful gardens and the most amazing staff that would happily go above and beyond for you throughout your stay! I'm sure I will return to this hotel every year... Can highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Ten Apart Hotel. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean and well-equipped and the setting is really peaceful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and tasty with many different options. The personal was really friendly. Location was perfect, very calm in the evening, only 5 minutes to the beach. I would definitely recommend the hotel for short and long term stays.

Amazing! The owners are very friendly, rooms are pretty clean, aesthetic and have every utensil you might need so you can make yourself as comfortable as possible during your trip. Pool is quite clean, just watch out for the depth (can reach 2m). Overall, a great experience here!

I visited Diana residence with my 2 boys and parents in august. We had very pleasant stay. It was very clean and room where spacious. All the staff was always very helpful and always ready to help and give you comfort. Spent a very relaxing 10 days here. Mel the manager goes out of his way to make your stay perfect. The pool and grounds are perfect, the apartments spacious, clean and well equipped. The family and myself had a wonderful stay, will definitely return.

Great place to stay, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the overall vibe of the hotel is really nice and calmed. What we enjoyed the most was the breakfeast which has a lot of variety. The perfect option if you don't wanna spend much money, but still wanna be comfortable.

The room is small but clean. The hotel is kind of okay, the elevator was broken at the time we arrived, you can hear the neighbours' noise, smoke from the close balconies can be smelled. The smoke detector kept doing some weird tick sound all night. The bathroom is small but ok. The wifi is slow and consistently disconnecting.

Our first time in Fetihye and we were more than impressed. These apartments are spotlessly clean and well equipped. Beautiful lighting too. The photo with a pool is misleading, there is no pool. We stayed in an apartment and it was nice, stove, fridge, AC, washing machine all worked fine. We then had to extend our stay and because there were no flats available, we stayed in their penthouse with a jacuzzi, it was the same price but it was worse than an apartment. He is very interested and friendly owners, they're doing their best to accommodate your request all kinds of people, the crowd, and there is no accommodation for the families of the core. Rooms are clean and quite handy.

Pretty neat hotel near the city center. The owner was nice throughout our entire stay of 2 nights, just absent from time to time which wasn't a problem. The pool was decently clean and overall it was pretty quiet despite being near a busy road. The location was close to most things you'd need in the city. Will probably visit again next time :)

Great hotel but Google Street view is not doing any favor for the property. These pictures are from at least 5 years ago. Currently this property has got a great renovation, and also has a pool by the side.

We stayed on the 4th floor, apartment 19 and it was great. Apartment is small but cozy with everything needed for a short stay. Also price was fair. It’s close to the old town and all the entertainment.

It was a great exp. Here we had alots of fun the location was great just walking 2 min to the beach and if you dont like the beach you can get the pool inside the residence And the rooms was clean and a view from each room we where in [ 303 ] and the price was good and i really recomend it

Good apartments with comfortable facilities, close to the sea area. Good communication with host Iryna (best recommendation). All problems were solved immediately. Deniz is a very polite, helpful and humble hostess, he went beyond our expectations to provide a peaceful stay. The place is clean, very quiet and near everything ( restaurants, beach, bus station, markets, cafe). Everything went very smooth, we loved our stay here and definitely will come back again.

Looking at the comments and pictures, we stayed for 10 days and we were very satisfied as a family. The staff is friendly, the environment is quiet and calm, it is very close to everywhere you need to go in Fethiye. There are many corporate or non-corporate markets around. I have lived here for several months. It was a wonderful time! Everything was good. I spent autumn, winter and spring in a sunny apartment on the second floor with spectacular view on the .Babadag mountain. I love this place so much. The swimming pool was available for all time including the winter. A super polite gardener Halid maintained and embellished the garden and it was so flourish and beautiful...

Great friendly place to stay with great food and staff that are very helpful and speak English. Rooms were clean and tidy with washing machine and fridge freezer. Food was always nice with lots of choice and happy to alter things on the menu if you don't like something. Park for the kids was also a hit. Didn't notice the road outside at all.
